Rosso Pomodoro Pizza

It can be a little tough to find good pizza spots around CO (as a CT/NY east coaster jerky pizza-snob lady). My husband had gone here recently and wanted us to check it out so we brought our friend the other night. It is generally more of a takeout place (only about 4-5 tables) but you can eat in as well, which we did. The woman who took our order was very friendly and we started with the 12" classic margherita pizza and a 15" thin cotto & funghi pizza. I loved the margherita - I think a lot of good pizza flavor comes from truly good quality tomatoes and I loved the sauce they use. Just a hint of that sweetness to it. I didn't like the cotto & funghi as much, but I tend to just be a cheese/sauce pizza person anyway. They have a few drinks as well, primarily non-alcoholic like the san pellegrino sodas, etc., and a water pitcher to serve yourself. Overall very pleased with this place though due to the size/emptiness, I'd probably take my food to go here more than eating in. One downside is 15" is the largest pizza they do (only 12" or 15"). I still want a place with a great plain or margherita that comes in an 18" or 21".

It's just really good Napoletana pizza -simple, fresh, flavorful ingredients. As it should be. It's basically fast-casual - walk in, order, a short wait for your pie from the 900° oven, and there you go. If you're not familiar with Napoletana pizza, do yourself a favor and read up first. The base will be very thin, the cornicione pillowy, and there should be some pleasing char to add to the character.Definitely will return again and again!

I ordered a pizza for pickup, but I arrived a bit too early. The staff were extremely friendly and got to my order right away even though I was the one with bad timing. And the pizza!! It was SO GOOD! They baked it in a stone oven right in front of me and the flavor was incredible. Perfect amount of sauce and cheese. I'm so glad I came here. Definitely coming back!!

The pizza is excellent. Cooked in an Italian Pizza oven. It has a nice, lightly charred crust. The toppings aren't overdone. The Arapahoe road location is smaller with a limited menu. The Denver location offers a larger menu.

Fantastic Pizza! I've been waiting for true Neapolitan pizza to arrive in Greenwood Village. Excellent service and friendly atmosphere. The pizza was perfect and the right amount of all ingredients. Looking forward to trying more of the menu. Owner was generous and gave me a slice of red velvet cake just for trying them out, it's a gem!

Highly disappointed. Ordered the Neapolitan thin, while the ingredients seem higher quality then the typical chain pizzas, the execution of the thin "cripsy" crust its suppose to have was a huge fail. The center of the pizza is soooo thin, we are taking dollar bill thin, it is almost impossible to handle and eat, you're really just left with the crust as all the ingredients slide off. The other thing is the pepperoni isnt fully cooked. I had to place slices into my air fryer so it can be edible. Overall i obviously wouldnt recommend the thin crust, and i hope they take a look at what their doing and level and thicken the dough so it isnt a soggy paper thin mess.

Fresh, quality ingredients makes for delicious pizza. One of the best Neapolitan style pizzas I've had. Ordered the classic margarita, Meat Lovers & the Italian Ham Sub.

My extensive quest for good pizza is finally over, loved the pizza we had last night, especially the Verduretta. Kids devoured their margarita pizza, yay! Salads we received were fresh. Looking forward to trying the tiramisu next time.

Decent pizza. The crust is on point, the sauce just a tad but bland and watery for me. Service was great.

Cannot recommend this place enough. The staff was amazing, the establishment was clean and well maintained, and the margherita pizza was knockout. Will be returning often. Tree and Emila were awesome! I would rate this 6 stars if I could.
