Roll It Up Sushi Truck

I had a tough call while visiting the great Santa Fe Art Walk in August, as there are so many food options to select from within the large venue. Luckily, we picked the right one because Roll It Up Sushi Truck was so good!First, their truck rocks! It is colorful, with very cool artwork all over the truck. Bold patterns and fun stuff throughout. The food was outstanding, easy to order, and the staff was fun. I had a pair of dumplings which were good, but feasted on their Pokemon Bowl, a phenomenal merging of marinated ahi tuna, aroma tomatoes, sliced cucumbers, seaweed, green onions, and sticky rice, topped by a delicious sauce, and some seeds. Wow, so darn good. I quickly followed the truck on IG afterwards, as I need to get another meal here!

Super friendly staffFreshly made everything and super delicious It's not super generous portions because the ingredients are high quality/expensive and it's a MOBILE SUSHI TRUCK so keep your expectations reasonable, and you'll be super happy. Just grateful to have this option.

Service was very friendly but honestly the sushi was pretty weak. It was mostly cooked/fried, and the only raw option was tuna (which I like, but it would have been nice to have more than one choice). The most unfortunate part was that the rice was pretty darn stale/hard, and it didn't seem like it was rolled to order. Tasted like grocery sushi. Not awful but def wasn't a roll worth $15

I've eaten from Roll It Up a handful of times and have not been disappointed. The bubba bowl is too good! And the people that work there were nice and got the food out quickly.

I've been itching to try Roll It Up Sushi Truck for a minute now. So when I saw them slinging their rolls at Metropolitan State University, I jumped on the chance to finally indulge in their eats.ROLLS & EATS: I've happily noshed on the california roll, pokemon bowl, voodoo child roll, gyoza, and more! Everything is always well asembled, super fresh, and oh so tasty! They offer 2 pieces of gyoza for $1 too! So awesome! Looove me some gyoza!!BEVVIES: While it sounds odd to have a category for canned beverages; I have to say, I really enjoyed the peach Peace Tea I opted for during one of my last visits. SERVICE: Everyone with Roll It Up Sushi Truck is super friendly. Each time I'm there they have patience with me ordering and make offeres that will ultimately help me try more of the menu, while not breaking the bank. LOCATIONS: Sine they are a food truck, it's highly advised to avidly stalk them on social media to find their next curbside roll-up.Seeing that I crave sushi on the regular and love the convience of that craving being served from a truck at a curb side near me, I' know I'll be back for more that Roll It Up Sushi Truck has to offer!

I recently tried Roll It Up while attending the Outdoor Retailer show. The menu options sounded the best out of all the other food trucks to me so why not. The line was decently long, but they were pretty quick with the order taking and food delivery.I had the Pokemon bowl which consisted of seaweed salad, tuna, rice, onion flakes and a teriyaki type sauce. The bowl overall was okay. I liked how fresh the fish was, but I wish it had more toppings or spice. I ended up dosing it with some soy sauce and sriracha to add a bit more flavor. For a $11 bowl I just feel like it could have had something more exciting going on.If you're in the mood for a standard poke bowl then give them a shot, but don't expect anything outstanding.

F'ing amazing. Just order poke bowl, everything roll, and dumplings. All amazing. Service surprisingly fast for first Friday on Santa fe. These boys are killing it. Ex-Uchi and accoutrement aficionados. Worth the bucks!

A sushi food truck?! You betcha and also a Santa Fe First Friday Art Walk find! Yes, yes they are there to fill you up with delicious sushi as you walk around or just sit and people watch. I have never had sushi from a truck before, so you know I had to check it out! All of the options for sushi looked delicious, don't get me wrong I could've probably ordered all of them and I would've needed to be carried home. I decided on the Coney Island roll and my friend got the Pokémon Bowl. I tried some of his and the tuna was delicious..I kinda wanted that one as well. Both options were awesome tasting and not only that, they looked very pretty too! The Coney Island Roll's flavors all blended nicely together, giving you hints of everything and leaving nothing overbearing. Bottom line if you see this Sushi Food truck, do not hesitate, do not approach with caution..run to it and chow down!!:)

Attended a multiple day event in Denver. Went to get a poke bowl, they were out of poke bowls. Next day, stood in line for well over 20 minutes to order the poke bowl. Finally got to order, they were out of tuna for the bowl. (despite the sign still hanging). I asked if they could put anything else on the poke bowl. She said no. Thanks for completely wasting my time, twice. Never goin' back.(the dumplings were good).
