Another great experience at Rodizio's at DTC!We celebrated my birthday and was able to use a BOGO as part of their loyalty program and have a wonderful lunch. It was their bacon celebration with candied bacon on the hot bar and many items wrapped with bacon.As usual, had an attentive server and incredibly tasting grilled items.The salad bar is fully stocked as well.Seems to be well managed establishment and has a welcoming feel.

This venue is amazing!! The salad bar is top notch!! The waiter was attentive but not overbearing. It was a bit noisy with large groups but we could still carry on a conversation. Salad bar offerings included a beef dish, pasta alfredo, a chicken dish, numerous veggies and salads, and so much more! The cheese bread and hummus were especially yummy! Cant wait to go back!

This is the best Brazilian steak house experience in Denver. I live within walking distance of two different ones in LoDo, but I will regularly make the drive to this one. There is plenty of parking. You get a warm greeting the moment you walk in. The restaurant is laid out and decorated in a very comfortable and inviting manner. And all this is before you get to the food. Oh my, the food. They have a beautiful salad bar with a wide variety of options. And the meat comes around nonstop. Pork belly, multiple types of steak, chicken... The list goes on and on. But, what really sets this place apart is how great the staff is. Everyone is friendly and efficient, and they take care of all of your needs without hovering. This is an ideal place for any occasion.

We came here on a Saturday to introduce the family to the joys of endless meat! First of all the entire staff was delightful and welcoming. The salad bar is awesome, I'd come here just for that, but why would you do that when there's all the meats?! After trying some salad bar items, we started on the meats. Sirloin, garlic beef, mint lamb and on and on! The gauchos hustled! They move fast and you have a lot of choices fast! It was a little more laid back than other Brazilian steakhouses where they come out all at once and it gets overwhelming! Tip, get the cuts with the crispy outside if you can! The food was pretty good, not great. I think for the price, I'd prefer to just get a good steak somewhere, but if you're looking for a fun experience with lots of variety, this is a good choice.

Delicious food. Don't fill up on the salad bar, like my son's did. The meat was a steady flow so don't get big slices.The server was very nice and helpful. My only critique was the beef ribs. It was a bit too salty. Everything was so good. Definitely worth coming here

I took a big group of 20+ people and the staff was very accommodating and patient. Delicious food. Couldn't ask for a better dinner.

Went to the new Rodizo Grill for my birthday last night. We were able to make a last minute reservation which was very nice. The staff was very friendly and seated us in a very short time. We were greeted by our server and order drinks and dinner and headed off to the salad bar. The bar had a plentiful fresh assortment of wonderful salads, dressings and condiments. It was fun to try some of the Brazilian specialty salads. They also have some hot items as well including soup and side dishes. I love any salad bar with beets! I certainly could have made a full meal of the salad bar. The staff members began our meat service. We were served many varieties including sirloin, ham, sausage, chicken and pork. Unfortunately, the meat were fair. It seemed that the cuts of meat were not of the highest quality and they were covered with cheese crusts and sauces to hide this. The beef was chewy and the chicken was covered in hot wing sauce. I did think that the pork was cooked nicely and the ham was tasty. It was very disappointing. The strangest thing of all was the servers had bread on sticks? What? That didn't make sense to me, but people were eating it. I was so stuffed that we didn't order dessert, but they had a nice assortment of cake, cheese cake, flan and creme brule. All in all the staff was very nice and the service was good. But you got to a steakhouse for good meats, and this place did not deliver.

My wife Ashley and me went to get drinks for Cinco de Mayo.The bartender / manager . Ezequiel was rude to us and the servers . We never got drinks !!!!!! We went thirsty and went home thirsty . We will try Fogo de Chao TONIGHT !Please hire managers who can work besides he seems drunk at work.Rodizio you lost good customers. My wife is everything for me . She deserves the best . We will do reservations for Mother's Day at Fogo de Chao bye bye

Terrible, chewy cheap cuts of meat, dry and overcooked. Told that's how they serve and eat it in Brazil.

My husband made a Valentine's Day reservation a month ago and was really excited about it. Our reservation was for 7:30 PM, and we arrived right on time. The restaurant was running behind, and we were told it would be about a 30-minute wait. We were patient and waited, but after 30 minutes, we still hadn't been seated, nor did we receive any updates.We checked in with the front desk again and were told it would be another 10 minutes. Yet, despite waiting until 10 PM, we never received a call, a text, or even an update. To make matters worse, we had our 3-month-old baby with us, which made the whole experience even more stressful.For a restaurant of this caliber, I expected far better service and communication. This was a huge disappointment, and we won't be coming back.
