Rock Bottom Restaurant & Brewery

Ok viewers I heard about this place and had to try it so first impressions to me mean a lot so come on Rock Bottom let's start off by cleaning the tables a little better, the place was not crowded at all early afternoon so you would think normal BAU for operations wouldn't be to challenging. Service was so bad from not seating us from the time we walked in and got a server until we got our food was so much time wasted sitting there was ridiculous My wife had the fish and chips and I had the margarita pizza Pizza crust was dry and pizza was overcooked Fish and chips was actually delightful and tasty But because of the lack of service we won't be returning Best of luck I know you'll stay in business because of the alcohol

Great atmosphere friendly service. We both had steaks and they were perfect. Amazing steaks.

Food was pretty good. Service was great. Ambiance was calm but restaurant was very clean. I had the chicken tenders which were good. Nashville hot sauce was hot which I enjoyed.

I don't recommend eating at this location. These are the "loaded nachos" that I ordered and they are an absolute joke. The waiter tending to us was very rude and his demeanor came off as though we were inconveniencing him. The bathrooms are a whole other problem. Absolutely disgusting! Gas stations have cleaner restrooms.UPADTE: The manager of the restaurant was very nice and understanding and he made things right. Showing care for the costumers is huge so I intend to give this place another chance.

The service was absolutely terrible the fish and chips with decent we also ordered the Margarita Pizza it was horrible. Won't be going back to that location.

Service was absolutely horrible there is literally nobody there I had to go up multiple times to ask for refills on drinks or napkins as our waitress was too busy messing around with her co-workers there are people at the bar that had to go and look for the bartender overall the food was good everything else was good but the staff was horrible and to be honest there must have been only maybe a grand total of eight people in the entire Place Restaurant and Bar total so to have all these employees laughing and dicking around as we were eating and then not helping us when we needed it and us having to go find them and ask them to help us when we needed things and other people there too service is absolutely horrible food good service horrible kind of hard to give you a rating or tell you what to do because when the place is good for food but the service sucks what do you do?

I came here for my friend's birth day party today. The management is excellent, food is so delicious. Bella, who served us is so active, hard working and has delivered smiling and respectful service to us. Rock Bootom should be proud to have her here. I wish her brighter future and good business of Rock Bott.I fully recommend this place for fresh beer and events.

The employees were amazing! Savannah, Tim, and Starkey were great. The chicken tenders and the rib eye are fantastic. . I had the copper and it was so smooth. Can't beat $2 Tuesday, Pints for 2 bucks! Cool tunes playing with all the games.

Food's good!!! We had grilled sirloin and baby back ribs, delicious!! Marked, I will come back again!!
