Rico Pollo

We were curious about this place and decided to give it a try. I ordered the chicken quesadilla and my husband ordered 12 wings. The service was ok but vet slow. My husband enjoyed the flavor of the wings but in the evening his stomach was very upset. I only ended up eating only half of my very soggy quesadilla. I don't think I will be coming back here any time soon.

I'm okay with being the only Yelper that totally LOVES Rico Pollo!When we walked in I was immediately surprised to see about thirty whole chickens roasting on the grill. I got super excited because how rare for a fast food restaurant to have ACTUAL food! We ordered the smothered burrito and four flautas and a soft drink, and the bill was about $16. This seems like it may be steep for fast-casual but the amount of food we saw when we opened our boxes at home proved that this price was a fantastic deal. The food was delicious and way more than we could possibly finish ourselves, and each bite was absolutely loaded with shredded chicken.For the quality and price this place can not be beat in terms of delicious, quick Mexican food. It's not much to look at inside, but it is pretty dang yummy!

If I could no stars, I would. Came in today around 2pm. Ordered a full chicken to take home. Sat and wait. Then I start to notice there are no chickens on the grill? Ok. Cook comes from the back with a grilled chicken from I dont know where, chops it up and puts on the grill. Then he goes back to cutting up raw chicken. By the way I see no one with gloves on? Do these people even know about cross contamination? So I wait 30 min for an already grilled chicken to be heated and packed? Then my order came. Opened the container in front of them and the chicken was old and yellow? So I asked what time the chicken was made and the lady couldnt give me a straight answer. So needless to say I asked for a refund, denied, so I walked out of there $22 short. But my life is worth more than that.

While waiting for my order. This dude preparing an order messes up and places to go while it's for here, so he dumps it in another plate, touches the chicken...then licks his fingers, not even 5 Seconds later, he touches his nose . I fucken asked for my money back and walked out. Come on ! Disgusting

There is a time when restaurants keep raising prices where it's time not to go back. Rico pollo did just. Had a customer for life now for 1.50 they lost me and who knows how many others. The food was good. But they raised the prices and the quality cut down. Your call 2 stars

So Yummy for a hole n the wall place.. The chicken plate with beans and rice is so tasty

This place is gross the front girl grabbed money an then never changed her gloves an then another women was in the back making tortillas with no gloves and wiped her sweat an then kept cooking an prep the to go order as well as mine never once wearing glovesDisgusting the. Argued about the fact that she didn't have gloves an went an ram to the back to get someAfter spend almost fifty dollars horrible an couldn't give me my money back

I give this place a one star the reason the employees are rude and also they don't give you the whole piece of a half chicken won't come here again

Very bad service, as I wait for my food a young short girl looks at me and starts laughing. A lady walks out and hands over my food, as she turns around she giggles with the other employees. I was mad but didn't say anything except to roll my eyes. Ones I get home I realize the my hot wings didn't have much sauce on top, so I was already mad enough. I realize Once more that a hit wing was black I call and tell them what happened, and they say nothing but stay quiet

I have visited this location about 10 times already only because it's the closest Rico pollo to my job. Every time I have visited this location the workers have been super rude and disrespectful. Today was about the last time I will visit this location due to the worst customer service I have experienced. The girl that works in the grill that always wears head bands helped us in the front desk and you can barely hear her speak. She up charged my co worker and lied about the wings going up in price just so she didn't have to go back and change the problem and refund him his money. When my other co worker went to order the same amount of wings she charged him the original price that was suppose to be charged even though she just lied about the price going up.
