This is close to my job ! The food was great but the portions are small if you get the chicken plate

The Buffalo Wings are flavorful here! I think they're better than Buffalo Wild Wings or Wing's Stop. Ordered a few times here already for the wings! I order the 50PC all the time. Down fall is the service here! Making me reconsider ever eating here again. Rude workers in person or over the phone. Last week I called to place an order for pick up asked for extra sauce on my wings. When I arrived to pick them up, I checked my order they didn't follow instructions. I asked them if they can add extra sauce as I requested. The cook and cashier got upset about it. When the (2) females could have avoided it all.

It wasn't what I expected. I got the chilly cheese fries so not good. The wings were ok nothing good or impressive. Just not for me

I used to go to Rico Pollo all the time but the last two times that I went the chicken was dry as hell and I couldn't even eat it. The flavor was good, but it was burnt to a crisp. my tortillas were evencrusty and crumbly.

This place deserves more stars . I'm from Cali and grew up pollo locco . There isn't one here so I've been really looking for a good chicken spot . This one for sure is good . I tried this place a few years back and the chicken was dry . Not this time . I hope they keep the quality good as this willBe my new go to chicken spot

Really excited to try this place. Came ~7:30pm so was expecting plenty of fresh food still available. Staff was ok, not rude but not very welcoming either - meh. I ordered leg and thigh grilled chix meal to go. Refried beans was good, rice was good. Chicken- this was the smallest portion of leg/thigh I've ever had. Thigh and leg pieces were incomplete - they were chopped up and reportioned instead of just being divided at the joints. Aside from being really small, meat was overcooked and dry. Really wanted to like this local joint but was quite disappointed.

Paid $20 for a "half chicken " and got a chopped up breast and a leg. Last i checked a half chicken was a breast , wing, leg , thigh . Basically paid $20 for rice and beans . Called to let someone know. No answer

Filthy, out of all tables not a single table was clean.Trash on the floor and staff did not seem to care.

I when last week to be more exact was around 8:40pm they closed at 9:00pm I wait 5 min to order a whole chicken than there was a Hispanic lady came and said what do you want with really bad service I said letme get a chicken and she said o we ran out I looked at the kitcken and i saw a whole basket of chicken so i sad ok what you have left and she said nothing that's stupid and than why you asked me than if you not gonna sell anything she was stupid I said than turn off you open sign and put a sign saying you close at 8:40 not 9:00 never come back again horrible service
