We strolled in here one day because we saw a happy hour advertised and the bait and switch was real. There was ONE drink on HH and the tacos were okay. I think it was way too overpriced for what we had in general, but it have an HH also is nuts. When other taco spots really establish themselves over here, they're going to have to rebrand and reconfigure ways to get people in the door. We were hungry and chose to taste the tacos first and really were underwhelmed. I remember one short rib taco being good, but the rest was okay and I can't rock with "okay" for the prices, considering there are taco trucks all around the area. The queso is just a smooth no for me right now. I feel like I had it before and it was good, but the last time was my last time -- I make way better queso at home.Outside of the food, the vibe is calm, but I think that's due to a missed opportunity. As big as the place is, it should be packed, but I think the food/cost/quality is what's jeopardizing that. The good thing is the staff are relatively nice! I hope they can shift some things to make it practical and a draw for people to come and stay.

Margarita/taco options (menu) 9/10, execution of each 7/10. Small tacos for the price Waitress 10/10 in every wayLocation of bathrooms hiding in back (only single air dry instead of paper towels) vs giant open space in middle of restaurant to see the kitchen 1/10Dessert 0/10 don't waste your $$ get another drink instead

This place is a good space out where there is not a lot of choices. We were at the nearby Gaylord conference center in need of some different good than the conference center. It was fairly busy but we got a table of 3 quickly. The waiter was disengaged. Like, why do I have to work? The tacos were ok according to my coworkers. The quesadilla was awesome. The guacamole was really good. Prices are fair. A safe spot for warm food and good beer selection.

Service was great. Food was mediocre at best. Came around happy hour time and they have $1 off margaritas. Menu seems pretty limited with most of the menu being only tacos. If you get 3 tacos, you can get a side of beans and rice for free. Otherwise +$2 for it. Our favorite taco was the chimichurri carnitas, highlight being the chimichurri. Beans were kind of too salty to be enjoyable. Chips and salsa were nice and crispy and fresh. Braised short rib tacos were a little more on the sweet side. Not my favorite food but it worked for grabbing dinner with the parents while they had a layover at the airport.

The service is pretty good however the food came out so fast and it was all cold. The Elote had great flavor but half of it was cold and the other half was warm. I got the Blue suede taco which was super good however I also ordered the Fried shrimp taco and it was awful. 2 tiny shrimp covered in way too much breading that wasn't crispy. The breading was so thick you couldn't even pick up the taco. There was supposed to be a pineapple salsa that I didn't see or taste. See photos below. Rice and beans were okay- my partner likes the rice and beans.I will say the drinks are good. Music was nice. And I would rate it a 2 out of five. I'd rather have to wait for food and have it hot and delicious then get a meal in 2 mins.

Amazing tacos. Great staff. Prime location. We had a bit of a layoff and left the airport for food. It wasn't really busy and the staff was on top of every need . They have something for everyone all dietary needs and restrictions. We will definitely be returning.

I'm not sure why this restaurant has low reviews, we had a great experience! Starting with the chips, salsa (red & green) and guac. The guac was really good and fresh!Three of us ordered our own 4 tacos each, and it was plenty of food/filling. We all tried Fajita Steak - good flavor but the steak was on the spicier side Grilled shrimp - flavor was good, but the shrimp was a little soft/soggy and I would probably not order it again Blue suede chicken - was the best one and wish we all ordered this one! Citrus chicken - was good and different! Blackened tuna - was ok, it was a very small slice of tuna, and was not as flavorful compared to the others. Would definitely come back and try different tacos! These are smaller/street style tacos but still reasonably priced. The margaritas were so delicious (we had the raspberry) and would try other flavors next time. I also had a Paloma which wasn't my favorite, but over all, everything was good! Service was also great, our server was helpful with suggestions and talked us into trying new things, which worked out great for us!

Come for the margs and leave to go get food elsewhere. Service was fast on a Saturday. Ambiance is chill and modern. I would say the food is where this place falls short. Only reason this is 3 stars and not 2 stars is because of the awesome carrot cake and the $6.25 margaritas. The tacos are WAY too small for what you're paying. 1 taco for $7 and it's not even as good as Torchy's. I ordered a taco salad with shrimp and the shrimp was precooked frozen shrimp cocktail that they threw in a pan for a bit.

Very picky reviewer here, and I'm not sure about the poorer reviews. But a/o November 2024 they have stuff figured out. This is basically a DIA-conceived row of hotels and accompanying restaurants. Two different salsa choices - good. Chips tasted homemade. Queso had great flavor and didn't taste like Tostitos from a jar like most places. Ordered the shrimp, grilled and fried fish tacos - all were excellent.Tried the cotija corn side, and while the flavors were spot on, they serve it with all the fixings still on the cob - and I never like to work with my food at restaurants so that was kind of annoying. Otherwise we'll be back next flight out!
