My wife and I have been having the urge to find a consistent Vietnamese style Cajun Seafood Boil. We finally cracked the code and found the spot: Reel Cajun Seafood Restaurant in the Sheridan/Littleton area off River Point Pwky is our new place. Honestly I don't have one negative thing to say down to the very utensils they serve. They offer little scissors that cut through the shells like butter. The service was attentive and friendly and the food was super fresh. Assuming things stay the they are they earned a long term customer out of us.

10/10 experience! As soon as we walked we were greeted and seated. Our server was the only server on the floor and they were making sure everyone was taken care of! We ordered the bucket #1 with garlic sauce and spicy as our spice level. It was plenty for 2ppl and had some leftovers! We also ordered the shrimp fried rice and the crab wontons and they were sooo good!! It was spicy but like a good type of spicy!! Def recommend

The service was fantastic and the staff was very friendly. The floors were a little sticky. The green mussels tasted very fresh, but the spicy seafood sauce is very very very spicy even for fellow Southern spice lovers like myself. My nose was running and my mouth was on fire from the beginning up until I decided to throw in the towel. My girlfriend underwent the same experience with the spice level. The crawfish tasted very raw and ocean-like. In Louisiana, you don't experience that....AT ALL. That's why I feel like Reel Cajun does a fair job at imitating Cajuns cuisine, but it does not really do the cuisine Justice.Another warning: IF YOU REALLY LIKE SPICY FOOD, BUT YOU ENJOY THE FLAVORS OF A GREAT SEAFOOD BOIL, DO NOT COME HERE AND ORDER THE SPICY SAUCE. JUST GET THE MEDIUM AND SAVE YOUR DIGESTIVE SYSTEM.The boils might be amazing with a medium version of the reel it all in sauce. The menu was fairly priced and has value. The bathroom was gross.

Whoa. These reviews are from people who don't know good food. We usually go to Asian Cajun and decided to try this place out. Wrong choice but glad we now know not to go back. I even told my husband there is no chance I'll try any other boil place again after coming here. I hate wasting my money on bad food. If you're a foodie, you should not go here. Best part of our meal was the Cajun fries and service. Okra was too bready, and the crawfish was fresh but not seasoned well. We tried the garlic butter and Cajun garlic butter. The garlic butter was a watered down no seasoning mess. I'm so glad I carry slap ya mama seasoning with me to bring this dish to edible. The Cajun garlic butter had more flavor but not enough salt. The whole thing was just so bland and we kept asking why it was so bunk. It's a hard pass for me.

Winner winner chicken dinner! Our daughter took us to celebrate Mother's Day lunch at this wonderful relatively new Cajun Restaurant. I had the fried catfish, cajun fries, and clam chowder and green tea iced. Everything was delicious. I definitely would go again. I want to try the shrimp boil with corn on the cob and boiled potatoes.Clean, friendly young entrepreneurs. The storefront lets in lots of sunlight, which adds to its welcoming vibe. It hasn't caught on yet, so finding a table is easy.Check out Reel Cajun Seafood Restaurant!

Was recommended by a friend to try this place and I'm happy I have it a shot. I really hope Thai place gets busy and stays open. To my surprise it wasn't very busy. This place is very open, light and airy, plenty of room for seating, big parties and very casual. The booth and the table seating is kinda uncomfortable, because the table is too high or I am too short, so I would recommend a table. Terry was our server and he was amazing. Very attentive and friendly. He was very honest with us, when we order the food was going tot take awhile because they ran out of sauce and I had to make a new batch. We tried the reel it all in sauce spicy. The spicy had a good kick which I loved but the sauce was very salty in my opinion but still had good flavors. Crawfish season had just started and to my surprise the sizes were pretty good, not too small as expected. The prices aren't as expensive compared to other Cajun places. Definitely worth it. The had a special on Monday, dollar off mussels. They do need to get a happy hour to get people in and maybe hard liquor as well. I'll def be back to try the other sauces esp during crawfish season!

Don't do what I did. Don't go to Reel Cajun dressed in nice clothes, on your way to a cultural event at the opera house.Reel Cajun provides a delicious seafood boil, spicy and hot. It's finger-eatin' food, so you'll be using yours, perhaps with the provided scissors, to dig into your food. It's a messy process. I chose the lobster tail, crawfish, corn on the cob, and spicy Cajun fries. All were yummy. A bib and gloves are provided, as well as the aforementioned scissors, to help you get the most out of your food. My rippling musculature was too much for the bib, which tore, so I tried to be extra careful.Truly a culinary delight, but believe me, no matter how hard you wash afterward, you will leave smelling like seafood. So plan for a shower or something before attending other events. The service was top notch -- very friendly and helpful. I appreciated their attentiveness and suggestions.Great fun, great food, nice place. I highly recommend Reel Cajun Seafood.

This place was great! The food was excellent and the portions large and the prices were very reasonable. 5 out of 5 stars for sure!We received really excellent service from Ashley and talked with her a lot. Scallops were $30/lb., Lobster Tails were $19.95 each and Crab was $65/lb., but they were out of Crawfish yesterday. They also had mussels and clams and shrimp but would only serve 1 pound of each, so we decided to go a la cart.I was going to have the Crawfish Etouffee but had the Gumbo over rice with shrimp rather than with crawdads. Also split an order of fried okra, one of my favorites. Wife had the Chicken (of the sea) Strips and Sweet Potato fries, and we also spilt an order of Crab Cheese Wontons which were excellent. The best she ever had she said. Ashley mentioned her grandmother made the wontons from scratch. Also had the medium 'Reel It All In' sauce which was plenty spicy.Overall, I'd say it was excellent, and we plan on going back again very soon!
