Took mom out for a burger to get my rewards used up. Not a fan of the new system and rewards expiring. Sat in the bar area on this late afternoon. Our guy Mike was awesome. Made sure mom's tea and my water were filled immediately, orders came out correct, attentive but not overbearing. I've a new obsession..their Yukon gold homemade chips dipped in campfire sauce. I am a sucker for a homemade chips. I also used the campfire as salad dressing. Ordered the Southers Charm with no bun and extra shredded lettuce. Chopped it all up and added campfire..presto...you have a burger salad! Creamy, smokey, meaty and not as heavy as having the bun.

Always quick & friendly service in the bar area where it's 21+ and over. The food is good, but liked it burgers better when served in the papers. There such a mess. Enjoy having sports on all the TV's.

Red Robin is a family favorite for us. My wife loves burgers, so we frequent this spot quite often. While we don't usually stray away from our usuals, (Royal Red Robin, Southern Charm, and kids Mac and cheese) the burgers are always delicious and the fries are endless. Service here is usually great, although we've had some not so great servers here as well. They always ask if you'd like pink or no pink in the burgers but most of the time they'll just bring you a pink burger (even if you ask for no pink).

I hate writing bad reviews, especially a family favorite, but my experience last night at RR was very disappointing. We were seated right away, which was great. The we asked for a drink menu and were told we had to scan a QR code to see it. Or super convenient, especially considering they used to have them available. They also didn't have ingredients for basic cocktails and didn't even have orange slices for the beers. Some menu options were also unavailable. Just wasn't the best experience.

We used to go to Red Robin all the time but had not visited one in quite a while. I decided to give it a try at their location in Parker, CO to see what was happening with the chain. They will have good burgers with unique extras that make them different than just a normal cheeseburger.I got the new Bleu Ribbon Burger which is their most recent take on t a classic bleu cheese burger. The burger comes with steak sauce, bleu cheese crumbles, crispy onions, lettuce and tomato. The flavor profile of the burger was good and it met my expectations. The bun was also a nice high-quality bun that was fresh.Our server was friendly and efficient. He made sure that we had what we needed and checked on us at good intervals. Very pleased with the service.There are a few items that we are less than desirable. While our food came out very quickly, I mean really quick, it became evident that the fries were not cooked to order but had been sitting in a holding tray for service. They were not hot and they were limp. I would also recommend avoiding the garlic fries. They are the same steak fries that you would get with a normal order of fries with a ladle of oil with garlic poured over the fries. The garlic flavor really did not attach to the fries, and you just had a puddle of oil underneath them.I would also say that the bathroom needs a deep cleaning at this location.

I am not a huge fan of chain restaurants however, I eat at Red Robin on a fairly regular basis. Both in Buffalo and when I'm traveling. Their hamburgers are excellence. I can't really comment on any of the other entrees because I've never ordered anything other than a burger.However, they have some great appetizers. I love the soft pretzels with beer cheese, the fried pickles and the onion rings.You can get regular french fries with your meal or zucchini fries which is a nice change.I have always been pleased with the service and the prices can't be beat.

I used to think Red Robin was an alright food chain. Today proved that it has completely gone down hill. My girlfriend ordered the Royal Red Robin plain with just the egg and it came out with everything. We sent it back and it still come out wrong, my burger was half decent. The service was absolutely horrible it took forever to get our drinks ordered. We waited for 45 minutes for all the food to come out, ON TOP OF THAT ONE OF THE COOKS WAS EATING FOOD WHILE COOKING!!!!!! The restaurant was empty and tables never got cleaned after family's left.

Stopped to eat here after a day of running errands. We should have left the minute we saw the conditions inside. Tables were not cleaned, the floor was dirty and employees were more interested in chatting with each other than doing any work. We sat next to a booth that had food on the table, benches and floor. It remained that way through our entire meal. And.. of course our orders weren't correct when they arrived. Just a really bad experience I wish I hadn't had to pay for!
