service here was fast, friendly, and on point. The waitress was on top of her game both in people skills and in her job duties. Our food came out hot, fresh and delicious. I had the Southern Charm Burger that had a smooth, smoky tangy flavor. I really enjoy the bottomless fries, Our waitress was more than willing to bring out basket after basket after basket. Good service always deserves repeat business.

Sat at the bar, food was decent service lacked. The gal at the bar came across as a bit moody. Don't get straws with our drinks, don't get silverware with our food etc. French fries took about 15 mins to come out after the main dish. Finally got silverware and the server tossed it on the dirty countertops.

Red Robin is pretty hit or miss. The service is always good when I come to this location, but the food is either really good or overcooked. There doesn't seem to be a middle ground.That is offset by the fact that it is very wallet friendly for a decent sit down meal.

Their app didn't work which they knew about but would not honor the rewards you have in the app. Then 2 of 4 people u are transferred to aren't even in the store. I was also told a manager would call me the next day about the order I was trying to place for dinner the night before. Needless to say McDonald's did better!!! Also they need people that speak English.

Our server was very attentive. She made sure we had refills, extra fries and take home boxes.I asked for extra lettuce, usually I never get the extra but this time my burger was overflowing with lettuce. It was amazing! I also ordered a meal to go which was packaged nicely and correct. We will defiantly go back to this location. It wasn't crowded which is alway worrisome, but they were on top of their service game.

What can I say about Red Robin? Its a basic burger joint that has affordable prices and several all you can eat options. The service was ok. I never eat inside but it definitely a family friendly restaurant. It never disappoints but I am also never super excited about eating here. It does what it's supposed to do.

This store is the best Red Robin I've ever been to! Gavin is the store manager and was awesome! Our waitress was great and everyone was kind and welcoming. The food was absolutely delicious and perfectly prepared. The whole place was very clean. We came with our 5 kids while heading back from a short vacation. They made this Alabama families day!

We love this location! The food is always amazing, we always ask for Courtney because she is so nice and always checks in on us to make sure we have everything we need, even when we see her super busy! We highly recommend the Tsunami Ship, it's sooo good!
