First time at Red Robin! It was nice and quiet for a Thursday afternoon. Our services was quick and our server was nice! The milkshakes were amazing!! There was a little bit of miscommunications here and there but overall great!

I was craving Red Robin as it's been a while since I've been there. I saw this advertisement for a burger loaded with queso on top and chilis in the middle. Well the queso did not have much flavor. The service was good as the beer and I always like different art on the wall which enhances the ambiance.To the business owner of this establishment that replied I wish there was a way to thank you for personally answering and sincere concern of my review. To answer you trust me I won't stop going. I'd go to Red Robin's more often if it was closer. And thank you for your promise to talk to the kitchen.

Wow! RR has sure moved down in enjoyment. Place was dead for Wednesday lunch which means fewer staff. Quality of food was good, however our malt was not made right...mgr Haven removed from bill. I HATE TABLE PAY ON KIOSK! Too many other choices nearby to choose.

They seriously need help. I came in around 3 and pretty empty. To be expected. Not lunchtime. Server very nice. Decided on a guacamole bacon burger. They say pink or no pink. Some please. Brought out food and forgot the bacon. I cut into it and it was raw. Cold fries. Second time around...A man brought out my food. Asked if I would cut into it first and said he got me fresh fries. He was clearly upset. I was sorry. Anyway, the cook was clearly upset as well as the burger was beef jerky. He showed me!I left after 1bite.I'm sorry I couldn't have a better review...

Dominika packaged my order fabulously for my family and I. Food was hot and ready by the time I got there there which made it so easy for me especially after a long day of soccer practice. Restaurant was clean, organized, and well put together. Will definitely be returning!

After Covid this place is trash. Food and service. They don't even wear uniforms or have a dress code... the atmosphere is just low end.Other Red Robin's are still pretty good, this one is not.

Boy oh boy I sure wish I paid attention to the reviews. Hubby gets a bit annoyed when I base a restaurant decision on reviews so I stayed quiet. Even hubs admits I should have spoken up. I had already decided it would be a salad for me - not taking a chance on a sandwich. Besides - hard to screw up a salad w/ a grilled chicken breast - and this is the only reason why I didn't give it one star. My salad was nothing to write home about - but it was good. Chicken was not over cooked and the lettuce was fresh and chilled.Hubs had a guac burger - he requested a little pink and no onions. Came burnt to a crisp and guess what? Yep onions. He has a very delicate constitution when it comes to onions. I told him to send it back but that's not his thing. So he is now suffering - it only takes one bite of onion to send him over the edge - though I am not completely convinced it wasn't something else on his plate.Anyway - Red Robin - YUUUMMMM it's not.

They should close this restaurant down. The day I showed up, all the beer taps were removed, bottled beer only....ok I can deal with that. My wife and I order our food. The manager "Dana" , just not happy to even be there.....as we see our food being put under the heat lamps from the kitchen, Dana is just standing there being idle as the few waiting staff is trying to play catch-up with what is being ordered.....and it was not even that busy???? We finally got food delivered to our table, my order was right but my wife's was not. We left....this restaurant used to be so good.......what happened?
