Great spot for a random lunch if you can spare 30-45 mins. Got in right around opening and it was quick to get in and out. Ordered the Burning Love burger and my acquaintance got the Jalapeño Heartburn. Both were really good burgers but not as spicy as they made it to be. Recommended spot for a great burger and bottomless fries. Always have the games on so that's no issue.

Red Robin has been one of my favorite burger restaurants for years, and this location upheld the standard I'm used to. We ordered to go and things went efficiently and tasted yummmm just like the commercial says. My husband enjoys their chicken sandwiches and they are consistently yum too!It would have been nice if they put napkins in our to-go bag. We were hitting the road back to El Paso and needed them for our meal and a stash for the ride. We stopped at Starbucks to load up lol. Not holding it against you, Robin. Hook us up next time ha. Would eat here again and again. Can't get it back home so it's always a treat. They haven't steered me wrong yet!

Mushroom burger had no mushrooms. Fries were brought to our table long before the awful burger, but they tasted good. Food runner was dressed as if he had been working at a construction site in the winter. Seriously, he was wearing a winter hat with ear muffs. The place was full of very loud children so we had to literally yell to have a conversation.

Waited about 2-3 minutes to be seated. Waited 12 minutes for server Amiee to come to the table. Overall the sever didn't seem to know what was happening. The food was delviered by some else. We had to ask twice for silverware and napkins. Never saw the server again but she and others had plenty time to hang out in the back area and talk and eat. Had to ask for the check. When we ordered there no mention that the garlic fries were $1.99 extra for a scoop of garlic thrown on top of the fries. Way to much charge for a teaspoon of garlic. No manager on site??The was a bus person shoveling food in his mouth at one of the tables while semi bussed tables.Overall very poor experience!!

RR is still 4 stars in my book. They started in Seattle WA and never looked back. Recently they acquired Donatos pizza and have it available on the menu. Not sure if I want a RR pizza but the burgers are still good. The Wedgie Burger GF with Yukon chips. Garlic aioli sauce is best, Joe out.

This used to be one of my favorite Robin Robin's. I visit here, as I do every time I come home, but it wasn't nearly as good as I remember. To be fair, I ordered takeout about less than an hour before closing, so maybe that had something to do with the less than delicious quality I'm used to. But nonetheless, I ordered the Whiskey River BBQ Burger and it was missing....the BBQ sauce and the fries were either over fried or old. I'll give them another try next time I'm in town and hopefully it will be as yummy as I remember!!

Enjoyed our meal.... However, for a restaurant that has bacon in almost everything they serve they were out of bacon. Like a lot of other restaurants they are severely short staffed. We were patient however, towards the end it got to be a bit ridiculous. Had to wait for a water refill, utensils, & napkins. The restaurant has really gone downhill. The whole place could use a good deep cleaning.

Came here with family for dinner and we had a great time! The cocktails and beers we ordered came out looking good and tasted even better and when it was time to order, our waitress was extremely patient as we had some elders in our group and she was quick to give suggestions when we couldn't decide! The food here was great and we all left feeling full and happy.

I made plans with my 89-year-old mother to have lunch and celebrate Valentine's Day. She has been a great support to us. It was her idea to go to RR.We stood in the entry with another family of five for at least 3 to 4 minutes. No hosts around When it was time to order food, my mother requested onion rings. The onions were so tough that my mom couldn't bite through them, and all the breading immediately fell off. She was left trying to chew a fried onion with nothing on it. We tried to laugh it off, but it was just sad.While still struggling with the onion rings, our food was delivered. My mom ordered a Red Robin gourmet cheeseburger with cheddar cheese and sweet potato fries. My husband ordered the grilled chicken salad with blue cheese dressing. I ordered the Madlove burger with a side salad.My mom cut her burger in half, and the bun fell apart. All the toppings went all over the plate. She looked up at me and said, "What happened to this place? I've been coming here for years, and it was so good. This is a mess." Her sweet potato fries were limp and rubbery.Meanwhile, my husband began his meal. He told me that the blue cheese dressing was awful--too thick like a dip, not a salad dressing. The chicken wasn't grilled; it was rubbery and dry. The lettuce was wilted, limp. He couldn't eat it.My burger was overcooked. My side salad was also wilted and unappetizing. It was bad Valentine's day leftovers. Someone must have seen or overheard our discussion because we were approached and given a coupon for a free appetizer or dessert for the next visit. If not, it was weird timing. None of us were happy with our food. We didn't want to upset my mom more by sending EVERYTHING back.Time for the bill, With tip, we paid $94.00 and no booze. Red Robin - Seems like your taking up parking space for Costco shoppers. Close the doors now. Spare the next victims of your establishment. No stars deserved.

What a disaster this location is. Went there today for lunch and there was no host/hostess to be found to seat us or another family that had been waiting when we arrived. We waited, and waited, and waited. No one showed up.By the way, the restaurant was half-empty. My wife went to speak with the bartender to ask for assistance, and the bartender said we should wait, the hostess "is busy" with other customers.The bartender could have seated us, but I guess that's not her job. We left and went to Applebees.
