We visited Red Robin on a Saturday night and were initially worried it would be crowded and loud. We requested to sit in the back side area, which is usually quieter. The hostess mentioned that the waitress handling that section already had many tables, but after checking other areas, the manager accommodated our request.The section was quite full due to a large birthday party, and we immediately noticed the server, Natalie, rushing from table to table, ensuring everyone was taken care of. Despite being extremely busy, she immediately came to our table, introduced herself, brought us french fries, asked if we had been to Red Robin before, and took our drink orders. From that moment on, she made us feel like we were part of her extended family--attentive, kind, and making sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. Natalie was hands down the best server we've ever had there (and we've been going there for 20 years)!As for the food, I had the Avo-Cobb-O salad, which was generously portioned with plenty of every ingredient. My partner had the Smashed Avocado 'N Bacon burger that was slightly more done than he prefers but still delicious. Our only ongoing complaint about Red Robin is that they don't do burgers medium-rare. Even when requesting "some pink," they tend to come out well-done--so I usually stick to salads or other sandwiches, which are always great.We'll definitely be returning soon--especially since we received a card for a free dessert! And from now on, we'll always request to sit in Natalie's section.

Normally I have nothing but great things to say about this establishment as I travel a ways to come here. Well this evening we were waited on by a server named Nat. I use "waited on" loosely. So it was busy and I saw she was flustered when she came to us. That being said we wanted to get our order in so we wouldn't have to wait long on her to return. Well that backfired. As I proceeded to tell her what I wanted she asked what my 5 year old what he wanted for a side dish in which we thought we only got fries. He took a second to look at options and she said she'll return in two minutes. I've never had a server leave me in the middle or in this case leave at the beginning of an order. We got up to leave but I felt I needed to tell the manager about our experience. He tried to pacify me with coupons in which I turned down. Nat. If you can't have patience for all ages of customers then maybe you're in the wrong business

All I wanted was a fork! There were a LOT of young employees here at 4 pm on a Saturday. They were not busy and the employees were having a rip roaring time goofing around and doing nothing. One was making a joke about sweeping--the air!!Our server was okay. She never asked to refill our drinks and came back once to see if we were "good." I said a fork would be great. We both had ordered messy, but delicious burgers, with the toppings dropping onto the plate. So, she brought ONE fork. We didn't see her again until we were finished and ready to leave. That is when she asked if we wanted more fries. I would say customer service was sub par. The manager should schedule less employees because they don't do anything while they are there. I do love the burgers so will go the the location on Crown Crest instead.

Haven't been to Red Robin in a while and now I know why. The burgers are not the same. Instead of the nice, juicy patty, I ended up with a smashed patty that was not pink on the inside as requested. Not sure what is in their pickle relish - has an odd taste of cinnamon which I prefer to not mix with my savory burger. We were given the option of getting our bottomless fries ahead of time. Good thing they are bottomless because the portion was hilariously small (11 fries for 2 people ). Service was fast and burgers came out quickly. We were also able to get a refill of our iced tea to go.

Came to this Red Robin for dinner for 2 at 6:20 PM on 10/29/24, stood in the lobby for 15-minutes before the host sat us, finally. There were 9 tables with customers in the entire restaurant, so not busy at all... after being seated we waited 20 more minutes and no one ever came to ask for drinks or take any order. We left after almost 40-minutes with no human interaction in a mostly empty restaurant. Pretty ridiculous that they would treat their customers this way, we will never go to this mismanaged Red Robin location again.

Wow...wow. Spent over $65 before tip for two bugers and two kids meal. One short fat tire and one kids milk shake and side of onion rings for my burger and also kids side of onion rings.Next time, I should learn to read fine prints and do not get too tempted on suggestive menus. HH beer would have been perfect and sharing the onion rings would have been sufficient.This restaurant is short staffed but they all managed to serve without much hiccups.

Service was very slow, only two people serving at lunch time. Not FULLY their fault. One of the two was hustling hard and doing the work of four people. Respect. The other wasn't.Request for silverware had to be repeated after a long wait and the server had to be tracked down for that. No asking about refills until food was gone and we had to get up and find the server to ask. No follow through on a request for more fries. No final check out or close out.Burgers were ok, but the queso dip came out room temperature with stale chips. Queso for one of the burgers brought out separately was the same way, not heated sitting at room temperature.Won't return and will recommend others avoid it. It was a go to place for lunch for a several years, this is just the icing on the cake of slipping lunch service.

HOLY SHIT!!! I came here after what I perceived as a bad experience at old Chicago in the same neighborhood. After waiting and waiting the order came out wrong. No problem. I asked for the right one. 15 minutes later, wrong again. Waitress disappeared. After another bout of being ghosted I asked for a manager. Another 20 minutes later and nothing. Finally the two wrong burgers we were charged for were removed. It's really fun to not be able to eat with my family. No manager came ever. Disappointed and hangry. This was a combined effort of crappiness from front of house, bartenders, back of house, and management. Hostess? You're cool.

Quick, friendly service is what I received here from the front door host all the way to who I believe was the manager. Each of them checking in on me to assure that my visit was a good one. I had ordered online but instead of taking my order to go, I asked to eat in the dining room. Everything went smoothly in the transition and my food was brought to my table. The burger was hot and delicious and the never ending basket of fries kept coming. Good experience all around.

The management at this specific Red Robins location is DISHONORABLE. I ordered a pick-up and my order was prepared wrong. I called the location informing them of the error, and I was told by management that they would refund my order. A few weeks goes by, and there is still no refund on my card - thus, I made a follow-up call. I spoke to a manager directly and they assured me that the refund process was now initiated. A few more weeks go by and there is STILL NO REFUND. I was forced to escalate the issue by calling Red Robin's consumer hotline where they finally gave a credit for the error. I do NOT recommend ordering from this location, and if you do, make sure that you check your order is correct before leaving because the managers will NOT assist you with a refund.
