Real de Minas Mexican Restaurant

The food is so good. The portions are definitely sufficient too. The service is very friendly. They make sure you are happy. The ambience is pleasant too. I would definitely recommend this restaurant. I also recommend the Build Your Own Combo option. Got mine deluxe. So good!!

We have dined in the restaurant twice now and ordered to go a few times. I will say it has been a toss up on the food and service between all of them. This last time my husband got the Real De Minas Chimi. It came without the cream cheese sauce on top and we had to ask for it to smother the chimi. Literally half of the chicken inside was completely bland, with absolutely no flavor at all and the other half of the chimi the chicken was seasoned well. Not sure how that can happen, but it did. Everything also came out fresh, hot and delicious. The service was spotty once some other tables came in but we get people get busy. The drinks were delicious as well. We got a few margaritas with flavors added. Overall I would say this place is pretty solid. Worth checking out.

We've been there a few times, and always find it enjoyable. The food is good, the portions are just right, and the staff is great. The place is usually frequented by people of Latino descent, so it feels very Mexican, even if the food is Mexican-American. If you are lucky enough to go on a night when they have live mariachi music, you'll love it even more. I feel like my money is well-spent there.

Plenty of parking.Good customer service.Plenty of sitting and enjoyable ambience. We ordered shrimp tacos and carnitas fries. The food was fresh and delicious. I'm craving some more right now. Complimentary chips and salsa. We will be back for more in the future.

I love the food at Real de Minas. I also think they have good margs. They serve Modelo on tap nice and cold too. Enchiladas, Tamales ans smothered buffets from here are good

Always a good meal here. My favorite so far is the pollo pablano dish. Very good service for such a big group (15 of us). A few dishes were incorrect but i believe that was because of language barrier and took a long time to get the checks. Understandably so since we were all on separate checks.

I go to Real de Minas all the time, but never this location. They couldn't get anything right on the order. Save yourself the headache and go to another location or to Ajuua. Food tasted fine but actually getting what you order is a task. This place had hardly any cars outside and now I know why. Will never come back here.

Mexican music during broncos football,so loud I couldn't hear the end of my table,and my woman got mad at me for asking to see the manager,,,,pissed off! They will not see me again!Mediocre food ,service is sad,

Today, October 20, 2024, two us dined at Real De Minas Near Iliff & 225. We have been going there for years. We both ordered Crispy Chicken Chile Rellenos at $16.75 each according to the menu. When presented with the check, we were being charges $20.25 for each meal. When we questioned this, they said the menus were old and this was the new price and there was nothing that could be done. I asked why the menus had not been reprinted and received no response. They also tried to charge us for an extra drink we did not order or receive. They did remove the drink from the bill. When asked to speak to a manager, the young lady said there was no manager in. I refused to sign the merchant copy and I am disputing the charge with my bankcard company.WE WILL NEVER RETURN!if you plan to dine there be wary of their pricing!!!

I have been here before but I am not sure I will return. This was the worst service I have ever had here. We were seated and waited over 10 minutes and no one even came to take a drink order. Others seated after us had their drinks. Multiple wait staff walked past us, looked at us and kept on walking. I finally just got up and left. I understand places are short staffed but to be ignored and not even having a waiter or waitress come over after walking past us and looking at us is not acceptable.
