Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

Canes you will always have my love. The chicken is small but delicious. Inside of the restaurant is nice and has a lot of fun decor. The service is usually pretty great and the Texas Toast... IS SO GOOD! I do however suggest you go in the restaurant because the times I've been through drive thru the food has been soggy. The sauce and the fries are always amazing and I will always came back to Canes.

On Wednesday, December 18, my family purchased from you store. There were kids working who were goofing around.One day later all who ate your product had food poisining. I didn't eat the chicken, but three adults and two children got sick. The adults missed work and the kids missed school. Something needs to be done about this. At the very least I want a refund. We are not interested in free food or anything like that as we never want to eat at Cane's again. What do you intend to do about this situation? This could have turned into a serious health concern.

This was my first time at Rising Cane's and now I completely understand all the hype!! The staff was amazing - super upbeat and friendly. The chicken tenders... O.M.G.! They mention that they're made to order and they were so worth the 5 minute wait! The breading was light and the chicken was juicy. I love hot fries, especially crinkle fries. I'm not typically a condiment person, but their special sauce is delicious! The restaurant was very clean and the staff came around to make sure everything was okay. 5 stars all around for this restaurant!!

You can't go wrong with a raising canes. They are pretty much all the same. Service is always fine. The food typically is always hot. Very hot and fresh probably because they are constantly making chicken fingers and fries. The sauce is always good and most everyone needs an extra because you can never have too much sauce. All of the restaurants are decorated pretty much the same. There's no doubt that I will be back again and again. I just wish they had one closer to my house.

Came in to this location for the first time. Plenty of parking available. The customer service was decent. Plenty of staff members observed working. With that many employees, it was a bit annoying that most of the dining tables were dirty. I was able to clean my table to have lunch at. The food tasted good. Ordered a chicken strips and fries combo with house sauce. A employee did come and grab my empty basket while I was done, and asked about how the food was. The neighbor tables were still dirty. The decor inside is really nice.

I was watching them build this Cane's on Wadsworth. I'd never been to one and wanted to try it. It opened a week or two ago so today for lunch my wife and I went inside for the full dining experience. I opted out of the drive-thru because for the first time looking at their menu I wanted to be relaxed instead of being rushed to make a decision in the drive-thru line.The first thing I noticed when I walked inside was a lot of shouting going on. People were shouting orders to each other in the kitchen and the drive-thru guys were shouting at the kitchen help and visa versa. The kitchen and drive-thru window are just behind the cashiers so with all this shouting it was difficult to hear what we were being asked by the cashier. This is a place that seriously needs HEADSETS! The noise of the people talking in the dining room was also amplified to compete with the kitchen shouting and because all the voices were bouncing off of the hard surfaces that cover the floor, walls, and ceiling. There is nothing to absorb the sound so it bounces around making it irritating.It didn't take me long to look at the menu choices because there wasn't much to choose from other than the number of chicken fingers I'd want, or if I wanted the chicken on a bun instead of fingers. I chose the BOX COMBO (4 pieces of chicken, fries, Texas Toast, coleslaw and a drink.) I didn't realize until I looked at the picture of the menu later that I was supposed to get coleslaw. I didn't. My wife got the 3 FINGER COMBO (3 pieces of chicken, fries, Texas Toast, and a drink.) I probably should have gotten 3 or even 2 pieces because the fingers are large and after eating two and a few fries, my stomach was asking me to box up the rest. After finishing some of the chicken fingers my wife said now she knows where she can go when she has a taste for some good fried chicken. Her comment is why I gave it 4 stars rather than less. I figure the place advertises chicken and if they do it right enough to please her recriminating taste, they deserve 4 stars. But everything else was lackluster.The chicken and fries had no seasoning on them. I'm fine with that. I can add seasoning later if I want it. The only problem with seasonings is your only options are salt, pepper, ketchup, or the Cane's Sauce® which looked like Thousand Island Dressing with some pepper added, but it tasted more bland than mayonnaise. There is nothing special about that sauce. I would have preferred Thousand Island Dressing with some pepper added! And their special sauce is the only dipping choice you have. It would be nice if they had barbecue sauces. But they don't.I ate some of the fries. They were good and I took one bite of the Texas Toast expecting it might taste worth eating like the Texas Toast from Texas Roadhouse. It wasn't.Maybe all this lackluster is growing pains. Maybe they'll add some flavor to their special sauce or even barbecue sauces for dipping. Maybe the kitchen and drive-thru will eventually get headsets and eliminate the shout-fest. But until then, when we get our fried chicken fix from this place, I'm using the drive-thru.

The food was very warm!... but so was the soda. This would problem would have been very small if it weren't for the lack of a working ice machine. Additionally, the soda pop lacked all carbonation and, upon making contact with my taste buds, sent a shudder through my mouth. Without carbonation, should I even be calling this soda "pop"?I poured out my Coca-cola and tried another variety. No luck. Every flavor had been compromised. I decided to retreat to my table and finish my chicken and fries. Thankfully, these provided some solace from my fountain drink woes.After a tasty meal, I got up and threw away my trash, happy that the scrumptious chicken had somewhat redeemed this experience. Then, before leaving, I went to the bathroom and washed my hands!Oh wait--I actually didn't wash my hands because there was no soap. Rather, I had simply wetted my hands without achieving the cleansing purposes of my bathroom visit. I finally decided to cut my losses and go home.It had become clear that my presence was not welcome in the establishment. Every attempt I made to enjoy the experience was thwarted by the restaurant's lack of crucial amenities.Raising Canes?No. The only thing Canes raised was my level of disappointment.

I got two hairs in my chicken tenders . the people were kind of helpful but it was a weird ambience..

I found an extra finger in my 3 finger combo. This made the entire experience very enjoyable and exquisite. Very sigma.
