It wasn't busy at all on a Sunday at 3 pm. Lots of seating available inside and limited covered seating outdoors so you're not burning in the sun. The menu is pretty simple. The more chicken tender you get in your combo the more expensive it is. For the box combo, if you're not into coleslaw, you can replace it with another toast at no cost. The food came out within 5 min or so. Chicken was hot and juicy except the fries turned out okay. We asked for extra crispy and there were a couple soggy/mushed pieces. Other than that, everything tasted good.

Giving 2 stars because at least the chicken fingers slap. Unfortunately, this location was a let down. After my shift at work, i was craving some delicious, juicy tenders and salty fries, but most of all that out of this world canes sauce that ties the entire meal together. You can imagine my unpleasant surprise when i got home, changed into my comfy clothes, sat on the couch, through on my favorite Netflix show, and opened that warm styrofoam box to see NO cane sauces. I even ordered an extra because i love it so much. I physically had to hold back tears as this was something i was looking forward to after a hectic shift at the hospital. I was so hungry, i had to eat the meal (again still great chicken and fries) WITHOUT the sauce. I think many would agree the sauce is what makes the meal complete, it's what changes great chicken to the BEST. It's what changes my world when they first brought Canes to Colorado. Do better Canes. Do better.

This place used be one of my go to dinner spots but as of late, they are always "out" of sweet tea and lemonade. Their drive through is a disaster as the two way speakers in the second lane are always out of service. This once caused me to wait in the lane for over 15 minuets with no service. I just left without ordering. Especially embarrassing when compared to the high quality service and efficiency of nearby In-n-Out and Chic-fi-la. Its just sad because the food is so good. Do better.

Yesterday, I decided to run through the drive-through with my Mom. She was in town for the weekend and we just wanted some chicken fingers for dinner. To keep a long story short, I was in line to order, when suddenly, the clutch in my beloved Honda Element went out. I had no pressure in it and was unable to get my car to shift. The car behind me starts to honk, I panic, my Mom hops out to let them know what is going on. I frantically call my husband to let him know what is going on. While doing so, I see an employee come out of the side door and run up to my car, asking what the problem was. I embarrassingly explained the situation and Cole said not to worry, this happens all the time and he was going to get me out of the drive-through. He pushed my car all the through the drive-through, while I stayed in my car and steered. My Mom was helping him push, when Cole tells her she does not need to. We finally get up and almost through, when he has me stop at the window and asks me, "What were you going to order?" I told him and he had it prepared on the fly. I handed him my debit card, but he refused and said, "This one is on us." I jokingly laughed and said I should be the one treating him to a meal after he pushed my car all the way through the drive-through. Cole was beyond incredible. My husband finally arrived, diagnosed the problem, but we were not going to be able to tow it until the following morning. We both went in to let Cole know, and again, he told me not to worry about it and that they would not tow it, it could stay safely over night. My husband thanked him, I thanked him, and made sure to get my hero's name. Cole, the kindness you showed me and my family was beyond measure. Thank you for taking such great care of us. Lastly, as Cole was pushing my car through, the staff inside opened the drive-through window and were cheering him on. What an amazing team, and what an amazing human. Higher Ups, this man deserves a raise. Shout out to a genuinely kind and inspiring human, COLE! I will only be going to this location for all my chicken finger needs.

The staff at this Cane's really don't care about doing their jobs right. Cashier is a child with their attitude. Staff in the back was on some shenanigans. Always check your order before you leave because they will rob you from what you ordered. Ordered extra sauces and they didn't give any. Stay away from Aurora location. This Cane's makes any Popeye's staff look professional and that says A LOT.

For the last year or longer we get Canes on Friday night for dinner. My husband always goes to the driveup. For the first few months it was great, long wait but order was correct. Then over the last 6 months ( 2024) we have noticed a big change in service. Chicken is still good ( even though occasionally we get these tiny pieces about the size of a finger) . But we started getting wrong order, no sauce or fewer sauces than we ordered, always out of Coke and substitute Dr Pepper without telling him. Mostly young kids working there that dont appear to care. We will continue to buy but will make sure husband checks food order before leaving. Hope management can get consistent service with caring employees and keep food and drink items well supplied. Never heard of a fast food place running out of soda!!!

I pay how much for a box combo to literally get three pieces of chicken that are literally the size of my pinky finger. Then you ask me what my drink was and still proceeded to give me the wrong drink all together. This is my last time here. I'll take my money somewhere else where I won't get skimmed.

Asked for extra toast and sauce instead of coleslaw because I'm not a fan of it. I asked again just to confirm. I get home with my order and there is coleslaw, no toast, and no sauce which is was charged for. I feel petty writing this but to charge a customer for stuff they don't receive and still mess up their order is pretty pathetic. Will not revisit location

they will cost you half an hour in the drive thru. unfortunately it will be for chewy over cooked chicken and cold fries. this location sucks, avoid and go to CFA across street
