Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers

I am not usually one to review fast food, but this was too picturesque not to. This location was clean, and staff was friendly. There was an issue where the digital menus were not working, but staff could recite the whole menu from memory. Everything was hot, fresh, and delicious as always from Raising Canes. Liked the Christmas themed cup.

I feel like with Canes, you always get what you expect. The chicken was crispy and juicy. The Texas toast was super soft and salty. The fries were fries. My favorite thing to do is get the 4 piece plate and sub out the coleslaw for an extra piece of toast. I will say that this location seemed to be having register/POS problems so we weren't able to pay and had to wait an extra 15 minutes while they figured out the system.

Average food, good service, who is Post Malone?The chicken strips were a little dry and the breading on the chicken was a little too thick and heavy.French fries were fine, coke slaw was nice and refreshing.They are advertising some cups that are collectibles from a guy named Post Malone. I must not be hip to the new trends . I had to look him up. I liked some of his music but he swears a lot. maybe the clean versions of his songs are better ‍.

I don't know what has happened since this place opened. It used to be great. I come once or twice a week on lunch and lately the drive thru that has two ordering spots is always closed down to one, and the line is wrapped around the building. I've been in said line now for 20 minutes and it's barely moved. I'm stuck now and there's no leaving, otherwise I'd go elsewhere. The last few times I've received my food, the chicken fingers seem to be super small in size. For what you're paying for this place, you'd expect larger portions and better service. I can't fathom why during lunch hours this place is closed down to one lane. It's bumming me out that I'll have to rush to eat as quickly as possible once I do get my food and get back to work.

There are numerous fast food chicken place at home- but this chain puts the chicken before the egg! I found myself wishing for one in Jacksonville! 1. The chicken strips are the best fast food chicken I've ever had2. The staff was crazy energetic- so much it was contagious3. They had fun decor, including disco balls in the dining room4. Their sauce is da bomb5. The CHICKENThere's my five star reasons- lol

Brand new location! Across the street from Whole Foods and next to Chase Bank.This new location offers all the original and amazing menu options any Raising Cane's does. All staff wore masks and social distancing was enforced. I did not dine-in but it looked like their inside dining area and patio were open! The drive thru offers two lanes so make sure you don't get stacked up behind someone else! I got the Box Combo! 4 crispy chicken tenders with crinkle cut fries, Texas toast, and coleslaw! I got a lemonade and they colored it green for St. Patrick's day!The chicken was so crispy, hot and fresh! The fries were delicious too! I also loved the Texas toast! I got mine as a BOB (Butter On Both sides). Personally I don't like coleslaw but my friend ate it and thought it was good.Now that this new location is close by I will definitely be going back for lunch and dinner!

So now I know what all the hype is about! Best chicken tenders and sauce ever. It's a good thing that I don't have one close by or I'd never buy groceries and I would weigh 400 lbs.

I usually like Raising Canes. The other locations Ive been too have all had high marks from me. But this location does not meet the same standard as the others. The counter employee was very rude, impatient and unfriendly. my quick question about my order was met with more rudeness. The location of this building and its very tight, narrow parking lot makes it very awkward when using the drive thru or going inside the building. I dont see myself coming to the location again.

That was the worst fried chicken I believe I ever had maybe the colonel is worse it's a toss up. They don't make enough sauce to cover that up.The lemonade do they really sell a gallon jug to somebody that was disgusting worse than country time powder. There's not one real lemon in 70 gallon of that crap. I will say the staff were impressive cashier to server, still would never go back. Oh and ambiance wise it's as fine a drive thru as I can recall.

Sheeesh these chicken strips keep getting smaller and smaller. Got a caniac and got 6 chicken wing sized strips. Wouldn't be a problem if I weren't paying 30$ for fried chicken. Will go to chick fil a next time.
