QDOBA Mexican Eats

This location sucks! They skimp on fillings, are SUPER slow and don't cook the food properly. Ordered online for a pick up and arrived 10 minutes after pick up time. The order wasn't even started, they had 2 others waiting for pickups and only 2 people in the line. They said they were making the order but didn't start till they finished order for people who walked in later.The order was supposed to have fajita veggies, what we got was raw cold peppers and onions on the both orders, 2 strands of lettuce on the taco, no sour cream on it and almost no cheese. The cheese crusted quesadilla had a few sprinkles of cheese on one side and the other was almost bare and it was barely filled with any of the ingredients. Plus add another 15 minute wait until they made the order in-between other in person orders...not worth going to this location. Slow service, tiny portions of ingredients and some items like the fajita veggies not even cooked.

We keep trying to use this closer location, but they never cease to disappoint! Qdoba ran a special bogo deal so we ordered ahead via the app. When we arrived the place was a zoo! People standing waiting for orders 45 minutes after the time due! Now I understand it's a promo and I expect busy, but no worker could tell me how long the wait would be and there's one person only making the to go orders!?!? 6-7 workers on the in person station, but 1 line worker on pickup?!? We actually had to leave after waiting so long and send my son back to pick up the food almost 1 1/2 hours late. Granted the burritos were filled nicely and tasty, just had to eat hours later than planned. This location continues fluctuates on experiences, this not being a great one.

This is our second time having QDOBA in the last 2 months. Both times have been excellent. We visited this location today to pick up a group order for 10 and the staff was very kind and attentive. The space was very clean and laid back. While waiting on our order (which was on time), the general manager Kathy checked in with us several times to make sure we were happy. Loved it. When we got home the streak continued. Great portions of protein and sides, and everything tasted fresh and seasoned well. We fed 4 kids and 5 adults and had some leftovers. We definitely plan on visiting again. Thank you Kathy and staff for taking care of us!Also I noticed there were some poor reviews from +10 months ago. We weren't around at that point so I can't speak to any of those points. I can just say our experiences in the last couple of months have been great.

Staff was very standoffish almost like I just walked into the aftermath of a blowout between staff or staff and a customer but the worse part was one of the ladies preparing food was not wearing gloves and to make things worse she went from touching food to her face (wiping her nose) and back to food/utensils. I was about to ask for her to remake the food that I had ordered after washing her hands and putting some gloves on. Coming from someone who has A LOT of food working experience... FDA prohibits anyone from bare hand contact with ready to eat foods and if say this qualifies as that.. additionally I watched the staff start and stop processing my online order multiple times while I was waiting for it and watching the "order ready" time go way by.. after finally asking the now one person working if my order was ready they said it wasn't and proceeded to walk away...

My parents and I visited this restaurant today (8/30/23) at 5. I am giving my experience here 2 stars only because... (none of the 3 staff helping me were wearing name tags so I have to explain their characteristics) ... the lady with blonde/grey hair was sooo nice! She was helpful and kind. The other two people a younger late teens early 20s man and an older woman with dark hair working were not as kind. The the kind lady took our orders and started to ring us up. My parents both wanted a large bag of chips. The kind lady got them for us and started to ring up the order. The other lady from the back came out and very assertively asked if we had been rung up yet "have you rung them up? I'll ring them up. Oh I've got it I'll ring them up." But then proceeded to ask the kinder lady what we ordered. Then she took the bags the the kind lady filled with chips and dumped them out back in to the chip box. My mom piped up and said explained we needed 2 large chips in addition to the salad, the burrito bowl and the nachos. I then chimed in explaining I got my chips on the side of my nachos. She dished up my chips and began putting chips in a VERY SMALL transparent bag. My mom reminded her AGAIN that she wanted 2 LARGE bags of chips. The lady then dished her chips in the smaller of the 2 brown paper bag options (the kinder lady had initially given us the larger size) my parents would have happily paid more for the largest size bag. The 3 of us all felt that the darker haired lady was being rude to her co-worker by undermining her and as she moved on to the next customers I could tell she wasn't happy about the interaction. But the dark haired lady was also rude to us everything was already to go we just had to pay and this lady came and pushed the other lady aside, and then completely misunderstood what we wanted and were asking for because she was in the back until all of our food was dished up. She made it way harder than it needed to be! The food was very good. We are all vegetarian/vegan and the servings were smaller than we are used to at this location (usually we all get rice and both beans as the majority of the meal, with no meats or anything just salsas ect.) but we didn't mind because it tasted good and the kinder lady and the younger man were very accommodating to our vegan/vegetarian needs.

Qdoba offers literally the best family meal in town! Beats the other place any day of the week! You get so much food with this "taco kit" meal and their customer service always blows me away! The general manager went over and above to accommodate us that I had to leave a review! Good food, quick service and a friendly smile welcoming you in.... Which is sometimes hard to find these days! Thanks Qdoba! We'll be back for sure!

A burrito bowl at this location is literally 1/2 the size of a burrito bowl at any other Qdoba. Will not be returning to this location.

Never in my life have I seen a Qdoba burrito so tiny. Did they decrease their portion sizes? Very disappointed

My mother and I got lunch here and have both been throwing up since. Both perfectly fine beforehand, but after we suspect we got food poisoning. Will never be going back to Qdoba again. Highly recommend avoiding this location.

Very poor quality food at this location. Shrimp Burrito was very small with big pockets of mushy overcooked rice and beans and very little of the shrimp. I ended up unrolling it and trying to fix it only to leave it that way and pick through it with a fork. We found avocado skins in our guacamole. Just an unappetizing meal all around. Won't be wasting any more of my time or $$ here.
