QDOBA Mexican Eats

I'll be honest, I haven't eaten at a Qdoba in so many years because I am in love with Chipotle's tacos, so I am a Chipotle fan. Qdoba hasn't ever wowed me in the past. Also, this location has the worst parking lot situation and you can never find a place to park. Today I had Qdoba because I got an email saying I get free chips and queso for my birthday and I thought, why not give em a try again. I went online and customized my quesadilla and ordered my free chips and queso. It said 5-10 minutes which is super fast I thought. I drove down there, parked illegally because I couldn't find a parking spot any where and went inside to grab my food. My order wasn't on the grab and go shelf and immediately a guy at the register noticed me looking for it and asked my name. He was actually packaging it up right then. He was extremely friendly. I wish I got his name. My receipt didn't mention a name either. Walked out and drove away before getting an tickets. Lol, not sure if anyone gets tickets in this parking lot since it is so jacked up and everyone parks all over the place. I opened my quesadilla and it was super packed with delicious fresh veggies, grilled chicken and served with great side dips. I was pleasantly surprised at how delicious (and messy) it was. I have been missing out on their quesadilla action. Side note Chipotle's quesadilla has nothing on Qdoba's. Nothing. The queso was still piping hot 30 minutes later when I finally got it. The chips were nicely salted and the queso had great flavor. I was very happy with my choice. I will be back, but maybe a different location. That parking lot is horrible.

Staff was very friendly but the restaurant was dirty and the bathroom wasn't in service. The restaurant was very slow....only a few customers in there and non on the outside patio where we ate. The trash can was full and most of the outside tables were dirty. The manager was sitting in the dining room our entire visit working on the schedule....clueless that the place was dirty outside.

The ladies working the night of 1/6/23 were great! I placed an online order and it was not ready when I walked in which is totally fine being that they were very busy. They apologized and worked on my order, getting it to me quickly! This is the best bowl I have had at Qdoba. The other times I have ordered from this location have been subpar but this time it was great. My order was perfect and the ladies working were kind and friendly.

The so called manager was rude as hell when you asked her to repeat herself because she mumbled her words. At the end of our transaction she lets me know that the lobby is closed. I asked her if there was a sign that I missed and she says "I don't need a sign. It was only 8 o'clock. I was going somewhere after I couldn't eat my food at so I walked away with a meal

I prefer QDOBA over chipotle anytime . Amazing taste taco and bowls. Staffs are friendly and very nice. The place is clean and lots of parking .I have been to many locations in different cities and always try them out. Not every locations make the same quality and flavor.This location food have great taste.

I arrived here before an hour it closed and they were out of a lot of things but the staff offered to make everything fresh for me. I wish the food tasted better than it did. I ordered the bowl...

Food was perfect and service fast. The lobby was very clean. Bathrooms cleaned and stocked too. Looks to be a well managed Qdoba.

Just left this place, sitting outside just to write this review; everyone behind the counter was drunk! I could not believe my eyes. They gave away 2 pick up orders to people that were ordering dine-in, said that they had the order wrong after they were already EATING the order, gave them their corrected meal and made me wait after the doordasher had arrived to pick up the order that was given away lol. I was one of three customers in the whole store, unfortunately do not come here. I've been living in this areas for 4 years and always gave them the benefit of the doubt with their questionable service but this one was really rough. Lady was stumbling behind the counter. I love the manager that works here, he's a saint, but unfortunately no one should work every night! 0/5 if I could.

I order the same thing here every time i order & every single time they try to charge me extremely different prices for the exact same order I get every time. I don't understand why the employees feel the need to argue with me when I have gone as far as to bring old recipes every time because they try to scam me for more money when in reality I'm ordering the EXACT same meal every time I go, there shouldn't be drastic price changes in my extremely simple vegetarian order every single time I go which is then met with instant conflict from the employees who are trying to scam me. I will be spending my lunch breaks elsewhere from here on out today was the last straw for me.

Can't speak to other Qdoba locations but this store has some of the best staff/service that I have encountered in the fast food industry. Always friendly, generous, and patient with customers. Just had an experience there with an awful woman whom was rude to staff and instead of escalating, they maintained calm and even offered to comp the denier's meal which she did not accept, then comped mine for having to wait behind her in line.
