I really like this restaurant. It is different from chipotle in a lot of different ways, some good some bad.The good: many more varieties in sauces and options for your burritos and salads etc. I'm a big fan of the multifunction coke machines they have these restaurants. You can pretty much make one of a million drinks out of these machines.The bad: none of it was this location, the fact we were there at lunchtime, or just a general state of things, this one seemed much more disorganized than any chipotle have been in. One of the line staff left during heavy lunch rush to attend other cleaning responsibilities that seemed like it could wait. There also was a general confusion in handoff between employees.Overall, still really good experience. The food was good, the people were pleasant, and we are able to get out of a reasonable time. Those are all pluses in my book for a fast food restaurant.

I've always been a Chipotle person but decided to give Qdoba another shot for a quick Saturday night dinner. My online order was ready for pickup at the correct time so the service was fine, however the entire burrito immediately fell apart. The food was so cold and the tortilla was incredible stale. The steak in the bowl we got was way too chewy and cut into weirdly large chunks, the chewiness made it inedible. Also an overwhelming lime flavor in the guacamole which had many brown portions. Bummer. Hopefully they can get the issues fixed because it's in a great location for us.

HANDS DOWN THE WORST QDOBA ON PLANET EARTH. I ordered dinner from this establishment at 5 PM sharp. I ordered through their app, and was advised my dinner would be delivered at 6:09 PM. My dinner didn't show up until 7:45 PM that night and the poor DoorDash employee waited at the restaurant for over one hour for my food. The service in this facility is absolutely abysmal and a disgrace to the food service industry as a whole. The owners of this restaurant need to step up and fix what is happening before the name of this brand is tarnished in the community forever.

AVOID THIS LOCATION. Let me tell you why this is your worst nightmare. Not to be dramatic, but why would you willingly go eat at a place that has caused food poisonings, terrible customer service and AWFUL greediness. My husband had to endure 3 days of godawful food poisoning from a "chicken burrito" at this location. Mind you, their food portions are terrible as it is and give you three pieces of chicken or steak in your burrito, but overall I don't even want to begin to imagine what spoiled or went wrong with his burrito to make him fall so SICK. Employees constantly make you feel unwelcome. Overall, ambience is trash, food causes food poisonings and service, yall need to TRAIN your employees to actually give some type of energy into serving or even GREETING customers. Truly an unwelcoming and uncomfortable place to be at. Go to the one in LONGMONT for better service

Horrible food. Went at lunchtime thinking it would be fresh. After I ordered the employee asked for fresh chicken, which I ordered in my burrito. There seemed like plenty there, which is why I received the old chicken? Told manager how disappointing the food was (especially the guac) and she told me to leave a review on Yelp. She didn't care one bit. I want a refund but no way to contact corporate as you can see from my pic. Also, no owner or feedback number on receipt. Now I know why. Avoid this place!
