Fast food Mexican can be a tough sell, but some of these reviews seem a little bit harsh. I don't think anyone comes to QDOBA expecting excellence, but I had heard good things, so wanted to give it a shot. The staff seemed inviting and happily filled my bowl with everything I asked for. Although a bowl is a little bit more expensive than a comparable meal elsewhere, they don't charge extra for guac or queso. The ambiance is nothing notable and works conveniently as a takeout option. I got birria and habanero lime steak and enjoyed them both. You can choose from a relatively large selection of proteins and accompany it with rice, beans, and as many toppings as you can think of.

This location is hit or miss for me. Since the one nearest to me closed recently without explanation, I have to make this one work. A couple of times it's been really easy to deal with and my food has been ready when I got there, and other times it seems disorganized and inefficient. Sometimes the food is larger than others, as I've gotten a wide range of portions in my burritos. No idea why, but I'm hoping they get the kinks worked out here. It's a standard QDOBA, and they do a nice job of introducing new menu items from time to time, but come on man, the website has got to be better. Online ordering here is not the easiest thing around, that's for sure. For a big chain I'd expect this to be a little smoother, but that's not the fault of this particular spot. Add it all up and three stars seems perfectly fair.

Messed up Uber Eats order and when I called, not to complain just to get a refund for the protein that was missing on the salad bowl, put on hold for over 15 minutes. When I call back, it's been busy for over 20 minutes. Horrible location.

placed a pick up order and wasn't ready when i got there which was fine. I sat down and waited for my food to be made. I guess they were trying to get my attention when I was sitting but I couldn't hear them over the loud music that was being played. To get my attention they called out "hey white boy" instead of just walking up to me or saying "Sir" louder. Skimped on everything. Didn't even think I had rice!

Good service, clean, and really good food! It wasn't very busy and was pretty nice considering it isn't in the nicest part of Denver. The burritos are bomb and pretty dang cheap, really not bad at all for fast food! And guac is no extra charge!!

We love the taco salads here, but they are woefully lame at getting the order right. We always order the same thing, yet never know WTF we're going to get lately. Tonight we ordered two taco salads (two people, makes sense) and got one. They wouldn't own up to the error although I paid for it. They seriously need to get some employees with a three digit IQ, as it seems they have none. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!!! They suck.

What an absolute shit show in this place. 1145am, ordered a chicken bowl. Told the lady what I wanted. She behaved extremely disappointed and grumpy that a customer had actually come in to order from her place of employment. So damn rude and grumpy. Asked for the bathroom code, she gave me the wrong one on purpose. Had to ask again. Asked for a side of green Tabasco and side of Cholula. She MAYBE put half a teaspoon of each. If you don't enjoy serving food to people, then find another line of work. Lots of places in different I industries are hiring! Qdoba is better when employees have a good attitude. Skip this place.
