The first visit to Qdoba (not just this location) was positive. The combination of customer service, cleanliness, kindness, food quality, and overall experience was solid, with no reason not to return. I liked the warmth of the staff, who interacted well and were informative about their product.I settled on three tasty tacos with different proteins. I liked their Coca-Cola products; their seating area was ample and comfy.

It was my first time eating Qdoba last night. I have to say it does top my chipotle experience. However, my boyfriend told me that a lot has changed. For example, they don't serve you free chips anymore - you have to ask for them, they no longer serve the famous Stacker, and they also have eliminated their notorious salsa and sauce bar. I understand the pandemic has pushed for stronger health standards, but there was no option for me to even try out those salsas. These adjustments may seem minor but I feel as though they would have enhanced my experience. The food was good and the meat was lean. Customer service was alright.

Could give it a 0 considering I didn't even get my food. I ordered a bowl and asked for sour cream. The worker put the sour cream on it and the manager rudely told me that I couldn't add sour cream and I can only order the bowls exactly how the menu was. I asked if I could pay extra since he had already put the sour cream on it and she said no. I asked if I could still have my bowl, she said no. So they threw it away and she went to help the next person. Everyone was appalled at the situation even the person cashing me out apologized.What a terrible person the manager is and has zero idea of what customer service is or has any common sense on how to treat people. Do not bother.

This store is absolutely AWFUL. Everyone who works there is RUDE and the food is AWFUL. I went in today to get a salad for dinner and instead of being greeted by the woman behind the counter, she stares at me in silence for about ten seconds and then says "yes?" What ever happened to "May I take your order?" Or "How can I help you?" I get down the line and I ask for Picante Ranch with my salad. I'm told they are out, so I ask for Citrus Vinaigrette and am told they are out of that too, so I just basically ordered a salad with no dressing? No one proceeded to tell me that ahead of time. Lastly, I go to pay, and the same employee who skipped the "how can I help you" rings up my order, doesn't say a single word to me, and walks away when I put my card in the reader. The service SUCKED, the product SUCKED, and this location completely SUCKS. I should have known better than to come back after my last horrible experience. I won't be back, I'll make sure to tell my family/ friends not to come back, and I wish this location luck because it is AWFUL.

Had a really pleasant experience at this Qdoba. I ordered online and picked up my food at the drive thru 7 minutes later and it was ready to go. Burrito had all the ingredients I had chosen in the right amounts and had a good amount of meat too. It did have a little rip in the tortilla but that just shows how packed it was. The fillings didn't fall out as a result as it as only a small rip. If you order online you can get a free queso and chips and the queso was very large! The burrito tasted just as it does from any Qdoba chain. The staff I interacted with was pleasant and friendly. I will surely be back next tim I am craving burritos or quesadillas

GUACAMOLE AND QUESO ARE INCLUDED IN YOUR ENTREENO FREE CHIPS AND SALAingredients like lettuce and limes looked pretty shriveled up and not as fresh though. Soup is $3.30 and mini bowl of chicken is $5.35. The total after tax was $9.34From out of town and never had QDOBA before but it was on the vicinity of the shops i was browsing so decided to stop by for a little bite. Took me a good 2/3 minutes to look at the menu and decide on what I wanted. I asked the lady who was taking m order how much the soup was and she told me $2 so I got it but it's pretty small and actually $3.30. Pretty below average dining experience but not completely terrible.

It warms my heart to know there is a Qdoba within 5 minutes of where I work. Nestled in between Jim n Nick's and Subway at the Shops @ Stapleton, the area around gets congested easily. But its always interesting, the times I am at Qdoba, it doesn't seem crowded- which is great for me, I get my food quicker.Usually, I come to Qdoba to get 2-3 burritos (all the same, keeps it simple). And the sad thing is, I can usually eat all of the contents of the to-go bag by the time I pull back into work.I enjoy these burritos that much!One thing to let you know, if you are a burrito and a cheese fan, this place is great- they have more types of queso (original 4 cheese, diablo, shredded, and bacon jalapeno), and solid variety of salsas than any other chain burrito place. Hell, I am getting hungry just writing about it! This particular location, I need to reiterate, and peak times, this area can get congested. The way the parking is set up (assuming you don't get the street parking)- is a small lot behind, a small lot across the street, and a lot that is shared with Bass Pro on its side. Be careful when crossing the street! People drive like idiots here.I also like the fact the store always seems to be clean and the employees seem to be nice. They have a Coke Freestyle as well as bottled drinks.

This location is the worst!! the food is not fresh here the rice and steak was hard and looked like it had been sitting out for way to long I made the mistake by trying it out, when I asked for a refund the manager was rude and refused to give me a refund I'll never come here again save your money and don't take the risk of getting food poisoning
