The food at this location is always good. Always fresh, always hot. No complaints there. However, the service leaves a lot of room for improvement. You have to repeat your order (no matter how simple) at least 4 times, per order. You say it once to the first person who preps your tortilla. You say it again to the person who puts rice and beans in. You say it again to the person putting salsa and sour cream in. Then you tell the person at the register. Sometimes, you have to repeat it 1-2 more times to the same person who chose not to listen the first time. They're also in a huge hurry to push you through the line, so that could be why you're repeating yourself so much. I think to myself every single time, "there has to be a better way". If you're ordering for more than just yourself, double my above estimates. Other locations don't seem to be as challenged, just this one. Unfortunately, I live 5 minutes away, so this is where I often go if Qdoba sounds good. If I plan ahead, I stop by another location for ease of ordering. I've even mentioned it to the manager a couple of times, he doesn't seem interested. Or maybe I'd have to tell him at least 4 times before he processed. Who knows.In summary, the food is good. Just leave expectation of efficiency at the door.

Went on Saturday night because we checked online that they don't close until 10:30pm .... they locked the doors and ignored us and it was 10:15pm. MAYBE CHANGE YOUR HOURS IF YOUR'E GOING TO CLOSE ! So annoying and un-professional.Also just because this isn't the first time I've had an issue here.... last time we went on I ordered a quesadilla and got some extra toppings added. The guy who made it clearly didn't want to be there and made my quesadilla extremely full of toppings. So ridiculous that his co-workers were laughing at him. Pretty much I got home and couldn't even pick it up because it was such a sloppy mess. So ridiculous.

The food is fine, the real problem with this particular Qdoba restaurant is the staff.I've been here several times, and every single time I'm there I either witness the staff being rude to other customers, or I experience their put-off attitudes and rudeness firsthand. No matter what time of day you go in, the staff always appear to be extremely miserable and make customers feel like they are inconveniencing them.My most recent visit will be my last. When I asked for a topping on the side, the "burrito artist" rudely questioned me as to why I was getting it on the side. Frankly, it doesn't matter why I want a topping on the side - it didn't need to be questioned, especially with a rude tone. All in all, I regret the money I've spent at this place for the several visits I have had. There never once was a pleasant experience, and the food was mediocre at best.Don't waste your time until the manager of this store realizes their employees are all miserable and have no problem showing it to the customers.

I ate here again the other day. It is just the most convenient Qdoba for me. I've had skimpy portions in the past, but I enjoy their food usually. I had my normal 3-cheese nachos, with steak, black beans, bit of rice, corn salsa, hot salsa, and cheese. I had a new looking guy help me and he was very fast and provided the same size portion that I'm used to getting at other Qdobas. Finally, someone who isn't scrooging me on my nachos!!Again, they aren't amazing here, but they've improved a bit in the last couple months.

I'm not the biggest fan of qdoba in general. The food is pretty bland in comparison to chipotle...and I'm not exactly sure why since the recipes and ingredient lists are really similar.However, this Qdoba gets props for two things. 1. They are open until 10:30pm, which is really helpful for those nights when I'm starving at 10:05 and Chipotle is already closed.2. The staff here is really great. They remember me when i come in (and i don't even go in that often) and they are always really great about letting me stay until a little after closing while they're cleaning so i can finish my dinner.So, for those reasons, they get three stars with me...they aren't the best tasting burrito in town, but they are staffed well.

i wanted to say thank you qdoba employees for a fabulous lunch experience around 11 am today i had the most amazing experience with two the employees one young woman who was very friendly named celia and helpful as well the young man who name i think was david was very fast and prepared my food in a timely manner made the place a vibe i appreciate you all and looking forward to coming back food was delicious if i could give more tips and stars definitely would keep up with the good work qdoba on hampden

Customer service I thought was really good contrary to what people are saying-- everyone seemed friendly and had no complaints.The negative part of this review is just that the food was so bland. I ordered the chicken burrito and honestly couldn't tell the difference between a piece of chicken and a pepper, it just had no flavor at all. I had to go and check my taste buds to verify I didn't have Covid.
