Order to-go for a group of four. All entrees came out correct which is a good thing when there are so many options. Highly recommend their new brisket birria. Very flavorful. I ordered a bowl and all ingredients were plentiful.

Went here for a quick pick up for a dinner. It is not super busy around the 4pm time. The worker was very nice as I was ordering for 4 people. Qdoba is a good stand by when you don't want to make dinner. Seems like they have everything down to a science here. The restaurant and food area was very clean and had everything the group wanted ready to order. I heard the brisket was really good - as this is a newer item on their menu.

Absolutely horrible service. I walked in the store and was not greeted nor helped for five minutes after entering the store. Whole staff needs training. I was started at as they continued to have there conversations . The female who was supposed to be manager was rude. She wasn't listening and out the wrong stuff on my bowl i asked a new one to be made instead of her taking it off like she was doing and she made a big deal and told me to speak up when asking what i want on my bowl. She has horrible customer service and im sure you guys would not someone like her representing qdoba. She needs to be re trained and made sure she's following qdobas expectations.

The person serving us was not very professional. She wore the same gloves after ringing up a customer in front of us and for our order. Later, I noticed hetalking on the phone, walking around outside with the same gloves on. Then came on and didn't change them for another customer. Very unsanitary.

Pitiful! The bowl was overflowing with rice and cheese. The cook is stretching the meat obviously. Gave me two little kernels of chicken that had been cut up into the tiniest micro bits literally. I guess they are short on chicken. Basically, it was nothing but a bowl full of sticky rice. Not good at all. Insane! I wouldn't serve anyone that way. Over $17 bucks for a bowl of rice..

Horrible costumer service especially since I work at a costumer service agency the staff didn't even say hello or even pay mine to my presence only when I mentioned I wanted to order they helped me and even then they just stared at me and to make it worse the girl on the checkout was on her phone and laughing what kinda food chain is this I'd rather spend more money at chipotle if it means they'll care for the costumer definitely won't me back

If I could rate this location -100 I would. This location has gone down hill over the years. Black beans taste like they came straight from a can, no seasoning at all. The rice is terrible! It's not soft, it's hard as it is before the rice is cooked. NOTHING HAS SEASONING VERY BLAND FOOD. Save the gas a go somewhere else. Spend the extra money on the chipotle up the street.

I can't believe the service I received tonight (June 6, 2024- 8:30pm approx.) ! My boyfriend and I usually prefer this specific location to get our Qdoba, and never have any issues! When we get into the restaurant there was a lovely, new young lady working here who served us very politely, respectfully and effectively (which wasn't the problem)! She made my boyfriend's bowl first and then proceeded to make my burrito, which at the end was quite full and she asked for the "manager" (I assume) to help her! Once she proceeded to come help her, she was highly disrespectful and unprofessional! She stated, "This is a big ass burrito and you should've never made this for them...." in front of us, and other customers! Furthermore, there was another men who was rude as well. My boyfriend told him we were paying together and he stated, " I know..." very sarcastically! While we paid for our food, he walked away with the "manager" and they were speaking poorly of the new young lady who served us, stating, " This is why I hate when they're not trained by the other managers..."! The new young lady who helped us started, " We have to please the customer.." multiple times and they still criticized her in front of us and other customers! We never received our receipt nor a, "Have a good day," due to him just walking away! We will definitely never go back to this location again! I wish I knew the name of the newer young lady who worked tonight so I could thank her for being so friendly and making our food just how we liked it! Those individuals on the other hand who made us feel uncomfortable, need proper training on hospitality and respectfulness or just not work there!
