The food was really authentic, super homie and traditional Salvadoran dishes. You can tell that the food is made to order and the pupusa's are incredibly fresh. Service wasn't so much intimate, but was incredibly quick and simple. I would definitely try it out again

Polite, respectful, full of smiles. This place is clean and doubles as a small market with snacks. They speak English and are super friendly. Service was a little slow but I came in during lunch on a Friday. I'm sure peak hours are faster. Food is great as well as the staff.

Amazing service, delicious food and a very clean and well maintained restaurant. My parents are Central American and I grew up with basically everything on their menu. I visited this restaurant (from Austin, TX) as my mom frequents it and they treat her like family. I came here for dinner Wednesday evening and returned for breakfast Friday morning before my flight back home. For breakfast we had the number 3: Comes with scrambled eggs with veggies, sour cream, fresh cheese, avocado, blended / refried red beans and your choice of French roll toasted with butter or hand made tortillas. The food portions are BIG!Whether you're in the mood for breakfast, lunch or dinner this place has got you covered. The drinks are also a plus, they make them fresh in house and pair wonderfully with your meal. Do yourself a favor and check them out. They're a small family owned and operated business that treat their guests like family.

Nicest staff. Delicious food. We got it all to go and the food traveled really well. I'll about it was hard to discern between some of the pupusas but nothing was unenjoyable. Cannot comment on anything else on the menu outside of pupusas and jamaica agua fresca.

I have been craving pupusas for a couple of months now & had no idea this place was so close & so yummy! All pupusas are a good size! I ordered 3 when I honestly could've done with 2. I ordered the revuelta, chicharrón con queso, & asada con queso. All were delicious but I have to give a shout-out to the revuelta, that was my favorite as it usually is among pupusas. I ordered at the restaurant & it took less than 20min to get my food. I did have it to go but they set you up with plenty of curtido & salsa. Perfect!!

This pupusa spot is a go to destination for some good food. I highly recommend phoning in an order and picking up some pupusas to go. It is located OnHavanaStreet in a developing area. This family owned restaurant recently opened right before the pandemic and closures. The quality of the food and flavors make me crave their pupusas. I really enjoy the chicharone with beans and cheese with their amazing coleslaw and hot sauces. They also have a fantastic Horchata and sometimes I will even order a Mexican Coke. When dining in was an option I would often grab two or three pupusas and work in the booth for a quick lunch. This restaurant also has an outdoor patio seating area and a very large parking lot. It's definitely hard to miss the building it is painted bright blue and white. There are not many El Salvadorian restaurants in CO, but I really love this one!

BEST TACOS IVE EVER HAD!!!!!!! Barbacoa is a must-have---we went back for seconds---, the carne asada and pastor were incredible as well. I'm from out of town and wish I could pack up the taco truck and bring it with me. Their taco truck was in the perfect spot, right outside of Hayters. 10/10!!!

I came here with almost no expectations because my go-to pupusa spot is almost an hour away from Denver, but I walked out of Pupusas La Salvadorena last night extremely happy and satisfied! I wasn't sure how big the pupusas were going to be because I've had some before that fit in the palm of your hands. Make no mistake, this restaurant's pupusas are NOT small. They are the size of your entire hand. I think 2 is enough to make you full, three if you're hungry! I tried five flavors: Pastor, Carne Asada, Mixed bean, and Pollo. My favorite pupusas flavor was the pastor. The flavors were so good, and the cheese was incredibly melty! Great ratio for filling. We also got a small bowl of complimentary slaw too. But, I wasn't a huge fan of it... a little too peppery for my taste. Each pupusa was only $3, and my total bill for dinner for 2 was about $24.I ordered the yucca fritas too but it's not just yuca fries... they actually give you meat, slaw, cotija cheese and yuca. It was a lot more than the menu suggested!Would definitely come again. More importantly, I'm happy to support small businesses that have great food!
