Proto's - Broomfield

I don't know what folks are looking for. Ambiance. Atmosphere.Food. Service. 10/10Since 2007, at least since I've been loggin', Protos rocks. Ask for Nathan or Kayla.

This place is just okay. The cheese pull is great and cooked on the whole bottom, and the cocktails were good! But honestly look at the pizza. It just looks lifeless. It's anemic. No color, no life. Just putting a little olive oil on the crust as it comes out would do this place wonders, or maybe playing with the dough recipe a bit. But again it does taste better than it looks, just want them to kick it up a notch. Service was great, loved the bartender! Will be back since so close but wouldn't go out of my way to come here.

After way too much deliberation and research I ended up here! Let's gooo#onebiteeveryoneknowstherulesAnd here's the good baby !! I went with the 7" cheese pizza, only $6 what?!? Could of killed a 12" but I still got a dad bod to get rid of.Score 7.6

ABSOLUTELY BOMB Cannolis & Pizza! Local place for us, live nearby, great pizza & drink place --- and Nathan is a great server. Place & him made for quality evening.

Great pizza Cozy Good service. They remember you when you come in each week Lol ve their arugula salad,good wine list. The meatballs are a great topping too

They have gluten free crust and dairy free cheese!!! I don't think I've ever had such good pizza in my life! Kayla our server was incredible too!

Delicious food, but service is always hit or miss. There have been times we've been sitting there with no service for 10 min with only two other tables occupied in the whole place. That being said, never have any complaints about the food.

The food is good but the owner is not very friendly. Also should carry a cider like angry orchard

Protos used to be a favorite for our usual Sunday dining for Plus years , while our favorite bartenders aren't there anymore, we have been frequenting the same and getting to know the only other one left. Wish we could say we want to keep coming back, we just found her to be kind of rude, inconsistent and impersonal. As for the pizza, we love it, but it's also been very inconsistent because of the drastic change in staff. We overheard a comment about this being the "dream team" and we hope that management re-evaluates what they consider to be that, as it doesn't come out in their service or food. Last few experiences have also lacked cleanliness and raised larger concerns about our safety dining in this establishment. Hopefully management takes this review and makes some very necessary adjustments. And to the person in charge of reviews named Kayla it's not ok to delete every negative review you guys get
