Nice space to hang out and quality whiskey. Will damage the pocket book a little but nice place to throw some darts with the fellas

This place is a hidden gem! It's a little of the beaten path but worth coming to for any event. The space is absolutely HUGE! It's 3 stories with something different on each level. You could easily come for a few drinks with friends or host a large party with 40-50 people (maybe more!). I can hear for a farewell gathering for a co-worker and I was on the top floor. The floor we were on was great. They had pool tables, ping pong tables, dart boards, chess, and fill food and drink menu. This place was really awesome. I'd recommend checking it out for the next outing you're looking for.

Three levels of drinking at Private Label. We sat on the third level. That's where most people were and it was noisy. There is an option to sit outside - certainly less noisy but without a cloud cover there is no shade protection. The view is a wonderful one of the whole front range.Second level is very quiet. No one was there but there are comfortable looking couches and other areas to sit in. The couches are positioned in front of a large screen. First level is the bar. A few people were there so the noise level was good. There is sitting around the bar and one or two tables. It's the coolest spot temperature wise on a hot day. The Old Fashioned is good but nothing special. The cucumber Rickey is a refreshing choice for a hot day. Happy hour prices are reasonable and staff is friendly.

Hands down the best whiskey sour you can find. Service staff is lively and attentive. Tons of options to have fun. Great place to go back to again and again.

Hit and miss depending on who is making your drink. Sat at the bar and had a drink while we waited for a private party on the second level. Good service at the bar, she looked overwhelmed and stressed by all the tickets and no help. When we went upstairs it took forever to get served, they are definitely short staffed. Later they added another bartender but drinks were smaller and not as good. Really cool ambiance for the most part, games to play and a great view of the peak. Very loud on top level, cool on middle level and bar on main level, was suprising that kids were running up and down the stairs. Felt a little claustrophobic.Average drinks and service. To far out of town to frequent No beer and wineNo food unless you go out to food truck

Place is amazing love the ambiance and the bartenders are very friendly and make the best drinks.

What a beautiful hidden gym!! Colorado Springs is my home away from home. I enjoyed this place so much the drinks are amazing and I love a good HH so this place was right up my alley. The place smells so good of Whiskey as it should after all that's what they specialize in!! They have a full bar downstairs where they serve any drink you can think of as well as many delicious signature drinks. They have a room you can rent to throw private parties and a game room on the third floor. If you are ever in the Springs this is definitely a place where you will have a wonderful time.

I just Love OSA and all her Staff! They have the most Beautiful Views! Heaters for the chilly weather. And of course Amazing Drinks!!!

Private label is great! I have had many events at this venue and they were all amazing!! Paul and OSA are great! As well as all the bartenders!

bartenders are rude and service is horrible. Do not reserve this establishment for any type of celebration! The reservation fee does not pay for anything additional to your party. Myself and guests had to set up karaoke room, set up a speaker for music, no bartender on 2nd floor where reservation was made. Every single one of our guests commented on the rudeness of bartender while the manager witnessed all and did nothing. When communicating the multiple issues and complaints with Paul, the owner, he proceeded to lecture me on the negative effects of alcohol while ignoring his staff's lack of knowledge, attention and understanding of the service industry. I wish that I hadn't reserved PLD for my 20th anniversary celebration, it ruined the entire day for myself and my guests who had come in from all over the country for this special day. We will never go back.
