Potbelly Sandwich Shop

What was I thinking? I ordered a chicken salad salad and was not so impressed. The salad greens, cucumber, grape cherries were all fine, I just found the chicken salad way too filled with their white mixture (mayo? miracle whip? not sure). I may have just picked an "off" salad for me.I also got their broccoli cheese soup. Not my favorite but it was okay.But good thing they offered a free sandwich by joining their perks club. Now just gotta figure out how to get it :). Otherwise, I am not sure I would return.

Sandwich Nirvana! Located in a office complex with plenty of parking near the shop. Fresh off a trip to Portland and my first experience with Potbelly and loving it, i decided this should be our first stop in Denver on our way to our hotel. I am very happy to report its just as good in Denver as it was in Portland.Food we ordered:A Wreck:A meaty fan favorite! Turkey breast, hickory smoked ham, Angus roast beef, salami, swiss. I go sans ham and fully loaded including the best topping the hot peppers.Chips: Zapp's Voodoo potato chips they have a good variety of Zapps but i find them to be lacking compared to say Miss Vickies or even the regular Common Doritos/Lays. We did go with Salt and Vinegar and BBQ both were just OK.Soup:Vegetable Soup which was very good, easily the best sandwich shop soup by far, hearty hot and tasty.Drinks:Oreo Milkshake - To die For this is a must have! Creamy thick and deliciousDessert:We tried the Chocolate Chip cookie and it was amazing as well soft chewy and delicious.Prices are about as expected for a sandwich shop. They do get very busy and have a lot of pickup orders. The staff was friendly and helpful, they accommodated the specifics on the order.

I don't suggest ordering from this shop. Ordered the Avo turkey and broccoli cheddar soup and this is what was delivered. Some kind of chili and a sandwich with the avocado rind smashed in. Pretty disgusting.

Love coming here. Worth every cent! Nice service and great food. Come here for lunch sometimes and always enjoy it.

I got the chicken salad salad (my goodness it was delish!) and the Turkey sandwich. Salad hit the spot and the sandwich was good aside from them missing I asked for no onion. Overall good visit

This is an update to my previous review. The rating is the same. The food and service are consistent at Potbelly Sandwiches. I love being able to order on the app. I would have had it delivered today, but I picked up my order because of time. Valen, the manager greeted me, and he's always friendly. He thanked me for my order, and I know he meant it. Especially in these times when restaurants are struggling, I'm glad I can support this location. Now as luck would have it, as I was filling out the survey on my receipt, Valen called to check up on my order. (He's in one of my pictures for this location working hard wiping down the tables.)What service! I told him I really appreciate him, and how he consistently is friendly and efficient. He told me he called just to make sure everything with my order was good today. I thanked him and his team for being open, and he said he's glad they are working. I didn't expect a call about today's meal, but that's Valen. He always goes above and beyond with his customer service!

Our new office is right down the street and since I forgot my lunch at home today figured I'd try out Potbelly. I was hoping to order online and just pickup but the system was down. Luckily, the staff was extremely quick and friendly. They explained the process to me and I got an Italian sandwich. There was so much flavor! From the meat to the veggies it was popping with flavor. I will definitely come back- I'm already regretting not getting a cookie.

I've had better sandwiches from subway. Won't be ordering from here again. Pot pie soup was decent. But the sandwich is sloppy and falling apart and doesn't taste very good for the price.

Ordered an Italian sub and basically got just bread. Hardly any lettuce, any meat, a slice and a half of tomatoes and ordered peppers that seem to have not made it to the sandwich. My wife ordered a sandwich that had two slices of turkey, no mayo, no mustard, no peppers, & no tomatoes that she ordered for the sandwich. This is the second time in the last month we've ordered from here and the sandwiches come back very disappointing. We are not ones to hop on to yelp yo leave bad reviews but unfortunately, this one deserves it. We will most likely be eating at snarfs or Cheba hut from now on.

Some of the best sandwiches I've ever had easily. Made fresh every time and are packed with flavor. Service is always great and the inside is warm and comfy. Great spot
