Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Got some blackened chicken tenders during a busy work day. They make those fresh everytime so they are always good. I only ordered the tenders but the guy working noticed I had to wait longer than normal and threw in a free mashed potatoes and gravy. Everything was fresh and good. I don't eat fast food often but will definitely return when I am in the area for more blackened tenders!

Food was horrendous. I got a 5 piece chicken tender meal and, first off, part of my order was missing (I don't know how that's possible, because we were the only customers here). Drove back to pick up the rest of my meal and, I wish I hadn't. The chicken was like jerkey. Terrible, Terrible. I ended up giving it to the dog. This was after waiting 10 minutes to get my order. I assumed they were making it fresh, but obviously not.

Decided to give them another try. I won't be giving them a third one. Ordered two boxes of shrimp, and was given 4. I was charged for 4 as well. Didn't really notice at the time until we got home, since we had to wait for a bit. First box we all shared was fresh. The second box was stale. Like eating styrofoam that had been fried and left out. I hate leaving bad reviews but honesty is the best policy. Won't really be coming back here.

Waited 10 minutes after they opened and they just mug you instead of providing the service they should.

Terrible service. There's always something out of order, broken and multiple other problems. Water in bathroom is cold! Employees can't even wash their hands properly after using the bathroom. They screw up orders, don't give you something you order etc...Then we have a bunch of teenagers who just don't give a s*** and it shows! The food is decent when the chicken is not all dried up. Red beans 'n' rice is awesome!

I waited 35 minutes for one chicken sandwich and mashed potatoes. I was trying to be understanding as there was only three employees and drive thru was busy but my order was completely forgotten, an order three numbers after mine got called out and thats when I went up to ask for my food and they gave it to me but didnt explain any reason. I tried to be understanding but apparently not asking about my food got me ignored and forgotten :/ I understand being understaffed but I waited 35 minutes for food and 10-15 to have my order taken in the first place. Please hire more staff.

I ordered two 3 piece chicken and one 2 piece chickens - this was ordered online and luckily the service was fast.But the reason I'm giving such a low rating is due to the fact that the lemonade that was with the meal was OLD. My husband took a drink and threw up and I took a small sip and it was nasty. We threw it out right away but it left him with bowel issues all night.The service was quick and easy. But please for the health and safety of all customers please be checking that soda machine is clean and up to date. Only other issue was the thigh my BIL was given with his meal was smaller than the wing which was disappointing but not the end all be all.I recommend going to the 84th Street Popeyes - they do a great job every time I order with that location.

Garbage people. I'd love to ride on horse back and just dominate em fr these people take zero pride in anything the do. So no wonder why they ended up here messing up the chicken. Bum.

Ordered regular 3 piece and got spicy! Was told I can drive all the way back to show them and If it is spicy she'll replace it... seriously driving 15 minutes back is a waste of time also told the sauce might of rubbed on it. This place is a joke. And I did tell them over the phone you guys suck!

We have not been to Popeyes in ages, so we thought we would try them out again.That was a big mistake. They had a National BOGO chicken sandwich promotion, but none of the stores near us would even honor the deal. That seems incredibly cheap by the owner of these three restaurants. The chicken we ordered was not that tasty, dry and crusty. We were shorted one piece of chicken and when my wife mentioned it to the store associate she became very defensive.We will not be returning to Popeyes for another two years.
