Online app ripped me off. Not happy with this. It was supposed to apply a discount but it didn't work

I was impressed with how fast the service was. I ordered on the app so I could use the reward points! And they helped me add some sauce to my order. The chicken was great I got the boneless wings and a soda and it was only about $6 ...not bad. It was a great quick and easy fix while running around the mall. They had a clean well taken care of spot and everyone working here was friendly!

Searching for that perfect snack before dinner and what a better place than the food court. Specifically Park Meadows. Started with the Shake Shack and down to road to Sabaroro, Chick-fil-A, Chinese and skipped Renzios (bad experience) and when I saw the menu at the Popeyes, thos was it. Love at 1st site and actually never had chance to try it till today.How was it?.It was lot better than I expected. How was it compare to Chick-fil-A? It was spicier, meatier and buns were lot better. Chicken pattie were crispy till the last bite and the spicy flavor was definitely stronger than the competition. $4.99 for sandwich at here, $5.19 at Chick-fil-A. Do not know the quality of chickens but definitely a good alternative to one another to try different flavors. Oh.. this one didn't come with "my pleasure" Do you notice the hidden chicken below the sign?

This was a horrible experience today. I ordered a 12 piece all dark spicy chicken. I got a 8 piece wing and a back? Thingy..not sure what it was. Two breast and a leg. Please learn what dark meat is. Also, who wants 8 wings? 48.00 for bones! I do not recommend leaving the store until you check what you ordered. It is just sad, people don't care anymore KFC went downhill, and now, apparently, Popeyes. Bummed

Service here was fast, friendly and above expectations. I ordered online through the app and my food was ready even before I arrived. It was hot, fresh and I couldn't wait to eat it so I decided to eat right there on the spot instead of taking it home. I always wondered why this place always has a long line for people waiting to place an order. Now I know why. If you like fried chicken, this is the place to get it.

A good place to fill your cravings for crispy fried chicken. You can get fresh fried chicken in the area with excellent service from the staff. I felt that the chicken was not as salty but you can add your own sauce.

Of all the Popeyes I have gone to. This is the only one that do not do military discounts. Of note, I asked for a cup for water, they said they charge for the cup.

I stopped by yesterday for a late lunch around 230pm. I got a two piece with red beans and rice. The breading on the chicken was dry and crumbly, and the chicken itself was extremely dry as though it was sitting under the heat lamp for hours.This is the worst chicken I've ever had at a Popeyes.The rice in the red beans and rice was dried out kernels of rice. The meal was not edible. I wasted $12 and did not get to eat.

Chicken ALWAYS good! (Sometimes red beans and rice are a bit dry). The chicken sandwich is great too. Actually too big for me! Always go to the Park Meadows Mall location!
