Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

This is the worst Popeyes I have ever been to! I normally order the sandwiches or popcorn shrimp. The last time I picked up popcorn shrimp from this branch, it was a box full of tiny fried pieces of batter with possibly a couple pieces with actual shrimp! They are not equipped to accept gift cards and every time I try calling to see if they are equipped yet, I constantly get a busy tone.

They forgot 2 of our side items and 2 of the combos were missing the biscuits. They gave us classic chicken instead of spicy. 1 of the chicken nugget orders was cut up super dry chicken tenders. Small side macaroni was only half full and both macaroni sides were overcooked mush.

Popeyes in NJ was amazing. This one has terrible chicken. Almost inedible. It is a horrible yellow color. I've wondered if they cook the food at a way lower temp than other Popeyes locations. It is consistently undercooked. Breaded chicken should be golden brown, not bright yellow. It's all yellow, all the time, so it wasn't a fluke.

Every few years I seem to forget how terrible Popeyes is. The food is just really, really bad. How can you screw up fried chicken?

‍‍I was really hoping this new store would be one of the good ones. I've said it before, a Popeyes is either good or bad, there is no in between. Unfortunately, the new Erie Popeyes just isn't good. The folks working there are certainly friendly, but too often the order is wrong or the food is just bad. I've given this store three chances. The 1st was during the opening week my order was wrong and the food was cold. Unfortunately this continued for my other visits. Once, when dining in, I got dark meat instead of the white I ordered. It was clearly in the receipt and they did fix it, but something just isn't right in that kitchen. Go to the Popeyes in Broomfield if you want a decent experience or food. That store is well run.

This Popeyes is such a joke, the employees they have working there for dinner time do not take their job seriously. The lobby is extremely filthy and full of trash. I ordered spicy chicken, which is a staple of Popeyes chicken and they were out! They were also out of drink carriers! Now, I do not like to give negative reviews, but this Popeyes seriously deserves it. If you go through the drive-through, please double check your order! I have been shorted sandwiches, french fries. Then why do I keep going back you ask? Because I really enjoy Popeyes and I go hoping that they will get my order right. I usually don't single out employees, but in this case there was an employee who had braces and was working the drive-through. He was extremely rude and argumentative. I waited 32 minutes 32 minutes for my order! I have only had bad experiences in the evenings usually after 6 PM. And it's always the same person with the braces.

Worst Popeyes I have ever been to. They alway don't have what I ordered on hand and make me wait in the parking every time. They always say it is only a few minutes and always take about 15 to 20 I rather wait at a nice restaurant.

I've been to a few Popeyes in Colorado BUT THIS LOCATION IS THE BEST ONE, food was delicious, service was excellent, I went threw the drive through and the service was great, who ever the cashier was she was very sweet when I asked for a receipt because most people would be annoyed when I asked for ranch she confirmed how many I wanted which I loved but most importantly my order was correct and the food was hot, I'm to shy to go again considering I just went yesterday but my gosh this will forever be my location to go to.

I actually wouldn't give this branch any stars. I am such a fan of the popcorn shrimp (at other locations) and went for dinner at this location 9/28/2023. I ordered popcorn shrimp and my husband ordered chicken. We had to wait for the chicken which was hot and fresh after the wait. The popcorn shrimp was cold and dried out like it had been sitting for hours. I couldn't even attempt to eat it. I would have bought it back but we brought the order home to eat it. I'm amazed they aren't shut down by the health department!

i'm from atlanta and whenever i go it hits different but when i came here to colorado the sandwich was dry and there was barely any mac and cheese for me to work with. I'm starting to miss atlanta because they know how to cook good
