Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I came here to try the new Popeye's Chicken on a Brioche Bun. I got it - promptly and courteously. This time, I got a full half chicken breast!! The sandwich filled me up and I had to let the salad (mine) catch up with it a little later. My faith in Popeye's is restored. I will patronize this location in future even though it's about 6 miles from my house instead of 3 miles where I got the disappointing sandwich. The place looked clean and the fried chicken ready to be sold looked nice and crispy.

Who the hell puts a large box of boneless wings, drenched in sauce, sideways in a thin back with a sandwich that doesn't even fit in the bag. Those were the only two items ordered. All of the sauce ran out and just pooled at the bottom of the back. Condiments coated in sauce. This is just plain stupidity. It's like serving a drink upside down. Just got finished cleaning the stains out of my carpet where it dripped out of the bottom.12/26/24Ordered delivery again. Got an apple pie instead of a cheesecake and the smallest handful of shrimp I've ever seen and they left out my cocktail sauce. I'm done ordering from this location. They're getting worse and worse.

Disaster. Don't ever go the the mall for food. Food was not hot and messed up the order.

For the second time in a row - we ordered two classic chicken sandwiches. One with fries. This is on a Saturday evening around 7pm. We get home and open up the sandwiches. There is NO SAUCE, NO pickles,NOTHING on our sandwiches but a piece of chicken on dry buns. ??? Asked for ketchup and sparkle - nothing. The fries were cold and old.I used to love this place, but it has really gone downhill.

It's sad that I'm writing this in the first place I been coming to this Popeyes for so long now ever since they opened it. But recently a lot of the employees have been very disrespectful and rude to not only me but a lot of their customers for example you ask them for something and they will roll their eyes or start talking behind your back in Spanish (Spanish is my first language) thinking some of us don't understand what they have to say they don't even want to attend their people even when they have 6 plus people working with them as well been having the worst experience at this exact location for the past few months and I think something needs to change quickly with everyone behavior and also they talk through their mic silently so they don't look like they talking about their clients very very disappointed in this location and their staff especially!

This is the worst experience I've ever had at any singular Popeyes. There was a roach in my food, this location needs to be condemned. Clearly nobody at this location cares about customer experience or quality control.

This is the second time I ordered from them and the second time they screwed up my order!! Maybe they don't need customers. That's why they do that! Or their people just don't know how to read the orders before they fill them and just guess! I ordered the wing and sandwich bundle, where 2 sandwiches and 12 wings are supposed to come with my meal and a large order of a side. Well, I didn't get that. I got one sandwich. Small order fries and I got 6 wings. So obviously they don't know how to count and they don't know how to read.

I'd like to understand the workers logic to allow them to say just doubling an order of 6 boneless honey bbq wings was okay instead of just making the 6 lemon pepper + 6 honey bbq ones we ordered. (Would like to add upon further inspection these aren't honey BBQ wings either so idk what they are. But definitely not what we ordered)

If you want to wait 30+ minutes for "fast food" when there are only 2 other people there to get food then you might like this place but don't forget what you ordered and how much it should cost cuz they will probably mess up on ringing up the price or giving you everything you were suppose to get.

They gave me 25 ghost pepper when i specifically asked for half hot and half regular. very small amount of fries. the customer service was very rushed and she barely let us order.
