Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

This location needs to be shut down, or the staff needs a over haul. The entire staff is horrible, The food is always subpar, the parking lot is full of trash. The drive thru window attendant has a hearing problem or just isn't listening. I was told I had to wait 3 minutes for fresh food and guess what? I received my order and it was cold as hell, so the wait was unnecessary, oh and let's not forget the homeless settlement in the vacant field next too. I can't even get to the box for them to take my order without someone asking if I can give them a dollar or buy them a box of chicken!!!

Went there to try it, and this particular location was the worst fast food experience I had. There was a hair in my friends food, they never gave us utensils or napkins and had to ask for sauce. The guy that took our order would not speak up and when we would go up to ask for things he would take his sweet time getting them. The customer service was terrible, the food was dry and old. It would've been better to eat Burger King then to eat at this location.

Terrible!! Bad customer service, two bathrooms out of service. No hand sanitizer, no napkins, etc.

Every time I order delivery from popeyes, it takes more than an hour to arrive. The popeyes location near me is only 5 minutes away. They go to other places to deliver and by the time I get my food, it's cold and my drink is watered down!

The food quality and service were unacceptable. * The chicken tenders were falling out of the box. * The biscuit was crushed and looked like it had been smashed. * The mashed potatoes had no silverware included. * They completely forgot my barbecue sauce, which I specifically ordered. * My sweet tea drink was also missing. * To top it off, the bag had a strange smell, which made me question the cleanliness and food safety at this location.Nothing about this order looked appetizing or trustworthy. I don't feel comfortable trusting the quality of food from here--I couldn't even tell if it was safe to eat. This place needs serious improvement or should be shut down altogether.I won't be coming back, and I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone.

FILTHY!!!! I asked for the code to their womans restroom. I had to pee so bad! What I walked into was absolutely DISGUSTING! DISTURBING! DISRESPECTFUL! I walked in and it smelled so bad my stomach started hurting. I opened one stall door and almost threw up from what I seen. the next stall wasn't any better! there was dried sh*t on the toilet like it's been like that for atleast a week! the toilet wasn't any better than the first one! i had to pee like a race horse but the way my stomach hurt from the look, smell, worst than a porter potty bathroom! NOPE!!!

my wife and i just came here and these goobers got all our order wrong I didnt get my fries ( and good thing I didn't), my wife didnt get spicy chicken, got fries, but they were stale as hell. how disappointing it was to come here

Only had 2-3 options for drinks out of the many advertised. Order ended up wrong. Customer service was eh. Unless really desperate, i would highly recommend going to a different location.

This is the worst Popeyes ever. Got up through the driveway and was greeted with hi welcome to Popeyes would you like to try our ' '? Said no thanks and asked for a 5 piece. No response. Went up to the window and no response. Went to a full circle and came back to the drive through and was greeted with the same 'hi welcome to Popeyes would you like to try our ' '? Said to e same thing again and no response. Pulled up to the window and peered in and saw that the headset was next to a phone where they had that line they were saying ON LOOP ON A VIDEO while the workers didn't do anything. Horrible.

Chicken and sauces were delicious. Especially the Bayou buffalo, Mardi Gras mustard, and buttermilk ranch. Drive-thru service was also very quick.
