Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Had a craving for Popeyes and this location didn't disappoint. This location doesn't have many good reviews but that can be typical of fast food. There were 5 other people in the drive thru line with us on a Wednesday night so they must be doing something right. We had a family meal that came out fast and hot. Chicken was well cooked and crispy. Only complaint would be the red beans and rice was not filled all the way.

This is my second time coming to Popeyes and it'll be my last. Ordered a 5 piece chicken tender combo which was already hella expensive, could've bought a whole chicken for less. When they asked me which sauce I wanted, I said garlic parm. These fools proceeded to charge me $1 per sauce!! My order came out to almost $20 for one person!! Popeyes, you just lost a potential new customer over sauce... suck it Popeyes...

My Popeyes experience wasn't as bad as the other reviews, but it still wasn't amazing. However, the guy in the drive through was super nice to me so that's always a plus. I'm not generally a Popeyes fan, more into Chick-fil-A, but I wanted to finally try the spicy chicken sandwich. It's also pretty close to work. Well folks, the sandwich was delicious, but it WAS NOT spicy!!! I'm giving this place two stars because the flavour is good, but the fact that there was absolutely no spice makes me feel like I wasted unnecessary calories. The sandwich was so good though, imagine if it was actually spicy and what I ordered.... one can dream.

Popeyes is deceiving people on how their food is made. If you kbow your blackened chicken is not breaded why not make that known to the customers. I let the cashier know who took my order that I was unaware that the blackened chicken in not breaded and they were unwilling to switch out my order even though they are withholding information from customers especially information that would have a huge impact on what I purchase from the store. The cashier was arguing with me they were rude and they were unable to take care of me as the customer I will never be back to this location again!

This place is close to my work. I eat here pretty often. However I don't think I will be returning. My last order was pretty bad. The chicken was not fully cooked and bleeding. See the picture attached. I submitted and survey off the receipt. No one contacted me. I emailed Popeyes corporate and no one reached out. I understand sometimes you don't get it right, but how you handle the situation overshadows the actual situation.

Meh. Appeared clean, came in to order just a simple #4 meal with 2 pieces of chicken. they had 4-5 people, and as soon as we came in we noticed there were 3 customers waiting for their already paid for food, and another customer waiting just for them to take his order. I didnt think anything of it since it is a FAST FOOD joint! But the gentemen just waiting for them to take their order said he had a mobile order. I was a district manager, yes. not for popeyes but another fast food location. A mobile order should be the first thing complete. He moved out of the line so we moved up and still had to wait 10 minutes. while we were already there for 20. im standing there just looking around and i notice on their Drive-thru cam that they havent even helped anybody in drive through. its ghetto. just ghetto. You guys work here for a reason the least u can do is do it right and not come to work high.

I ordered a 3 piece mild tender with biscuit but I wanted if freshly made and I asked Dennis how long it would be and he said I can't tell you how long I'm going to make it now. He proceeded to make my order although I told him I wanted it fresh. He says, you wanted it fresh, I said yeah. I was trying to tell you but you were not listening and I asked the crew member what his name was because I was going to leave a review and he got upset with the crew member for giving me his name. But anyways managers need to have active listening skills and he doesn't have any. He needs to be retrained respectfully. Then he made sure to make my order when the fresh tenders came out. He made sure to give me the littlest tenders possible, I watched him. I will not return to this location ever. Not good customer service skills.

worst service I've ever had at any restaurant. waited around up front for almost 10 min before getting someone to come up to the counter. lady gave me my five piece dinner to go and when I got back to work there was only 3 pieces and one small crumb of a fourth. These workers are incompetent and lack any desire to do a good job.....stay away....who knows what they do to the food when you are not looking...

Always forgetting items or messing up an order. Food is okish for fast food quality. Just don't drive off till you check your food, this place rarely has anyone speak English.

Chicken was not cooked and when I asked them if they can cook me some more chicken they gave me yet another order of bloody chicken. I will never go back to this Popeyes again.
