I try to avoid most fast food but being a fan of hot wings I had to try their wing offerings. I saw all of the negative reviews so I entered expecting rude treatment and my order to be incorrect, I experienced neither of these.I ordered 6 hot and 6 sweet and spicy wings to go. My order was up in a timely manner and the counter person was pleasant. The place was fairly clean but I was the only customer at dinner time.I took the wings home and settled in to enjoy Thursday night football with wings,celery,blue cheese dip and of course a cold beer or beers. The wings were tasty and if I had to choose one flavor it would be the sweet spicy wings. I am not giving high marks because the wings are scrawny. Not just small but scrawny like the vendor sold Popeyes the leftovers. I won't order the wings again and I was just trying them and now I know they aren't worth the money.

Ordered online, 5 piece original with 2 sides/2 biscuits (rice/beans and mac cheese which was extra). When I arrived I asked if I'm getting a breast. Worker asked " you want a mix?". YES, I want all the pieces that I've received last two times I ordered the exact same thing. Ordered original, was told it's half original half spicy, unless I want to wait for them to make more original. I told him to give whatever they had. I walked 15 minutes back to my hotel and found only mashed potatoes/gravy...are you kidding me???? No rice beans or mac cheese. My bad for not checking before I left. I walked back to Popeyes, spoke to the manager and got the correct sides...why do I have to go through all this, back and forth business. I'm 65 with a very bad back...complete incompetence!!!!! Oh, got only one biscuit instead of 2...

Ever time we have gone here before they never have anything it's always they don't have this or that. Tonight however was crazy they didn't have medium lids so we were told to flip the large lids over (which works but still). For reference it's like coffee with a lid that don't fit. Also the soda is hot out the machine and is flat. Also pretty sure I was charged for a large Mac and cheese but was giving a regular. Most importantly they didn't have blackened ranch so wtf are we even going for.

They said on the website that they were open but they were closed. Two other customers were trying to also get into the building as well. The previous times I've gone here, they forgot significant parts of my order. Whoever is managing this place is destroying a restaurant that could be successful. I mean, Popeyes as a brand is popular, the location is popular, but management just keeps missing the mark. There is potential for this business but you guys are throwing all profit and future customers down the drain.

this shit was fucking ass - fuck this place they definitely need to be closed i had to eat my motherfucking coleslaw with a star bc they ran out of forks and napkins, they also let me go behind the counter to fill my soda. no one spoke english and the server and cooks had airpods in and no one had hair nets
