This is my 69th review, and oh boy, is it a horrible one. This is the worst Popeyes ever! 7-8 stingy people working in the kitchen, yet dining room is filthy and half the seats are on the table at 4pm? Too lazy to put them down or trying to get a head start to close? Fruit flies flying all over the kitchen and later on our food in the dining room. French fries minimal, stale, not crispy, and taste bitter which means your oil needs to be changed!!! Nobody at 4pm and fried chicken is already made piled high. Noticed a shift change and employees who are leaving taking huge bags of food home. Jackasses. Focus on your employee meal theft instead of cheating customers out of quality food!No music in the dining room, poor ambience. Manager needs to be fired.

Horrible experience food was cold and buns on sandwiches were hard. I mean it's fast food but people are still paying for the product get it right it was inedible. Next time I'll just opt for the wait at Freddy's or even just McDonalds. Service was slow.

Zero stars for customer service and competence of staff. I placed an online order for a family-sized meal that my wife picked up and brought home. We live 25 miles east of this restaurant. The 16-piece order plus twelve wings was short half the chicken pieces and all the wings. Whereas it's true my wife should've verified the order upon receipt, it doesn't exclude their ineptitude. And it's not the first time they've completely botched an order. I will never order from that restaurant again.
