Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Went to the one at 4070 N. Colorado Blvd in Denver tonight, Friday 2/23/24. Took forever to get our order. We were order #8. It's a Friday in Lent so we ordered a fish sandwich. I specifically asked the order filler if he put in the fish sandwich and he said yes. Chicken came from warming bin. So did fries. Nothing was cooked fresh or was hot. And the sandwich wasn't in the order. Hubby will go back tomorrow and get a refund for the sandwich and then we won't eat at Popeyes again. So disappointing. I'm amazed they stay in business. Hope the owner of this one reads this review.

The food is ok it's the extreme slow service here I ordered ahead I stood there for twenty min waiting for the service person I finally got fed up and started going thru the togo orders I was stopped by who I think was the manager and she said I couldn't do that. I told her I'm tired of waiting she asked to see my mobile order on my phone she then said ok I can take it. I don't recommend this restaurant to anyone who is in a hurry I wasn't the only person waiting for their food. We were all getting a little angry for having such a long wait.

So what... I love FAST FOOD every once in a while and Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen brings the heat!!I had the spicy chicken sandwich - crispy outside, tender inside and that super soft bun!! Sweet tea to cool the burn and my day has seriously just been uplifted!!Super adorable staff, quick, and accurate!!TGIF - I Love You

Terrible terrible terrible service! If I could give ZERO stars I would! 100% because of the service! Leslie and Sandy were very rude and disrespectful. We ordered online, was supposed to be ready at 6:39. 7:15pm and still nothing. The older lady had the audacity to yell at my husband and I! 5 other people ended up going to the other Popeyes down the way! Never never never will we go there again! The ladies there hate their jobs and take it out on the customers. Tip: if you hate your job that much... get a new one!

I live in a rough are, so smelling Popeyes is about as good as it gets, however I have a job working at Amazon. My appetite is greater than my fears. I love Popeyes, especially this one.

If I didn't love Popeyes in general for the chocolates Benieghs (spell check) and the red beans and rice that you cannot get at KFC or Churches, I'd ban this place. I thought I was getting ripped off, then I got home and realized I was just raped! My roommate and I go every Tuesday , for The two for Tuesday special. It's two pieces of chicken for two dollars. It's a fair deal. People mostly pay for sides anyway. That's what you get charged for at fast food places. The sides. Anyhoo. We ordered 4 specials that would be $8 in regular math , keep up with me , it gets exciting I promise. Then one order of 3 benieghs, which is $2.99 and 2 orders or red beans and rice which I'm going to be generous and guess they are about 4.99 each. Now with my math skills, which aren't great, but adequate. I'm getting around $17.00 . Well I was charged $29. Huh? Okay. It was cold, I just wanted to get my food home so we could eat it. Upon checking my bag, I only had 2 specials. That's 4 pieces of chicken for those who aren't keeping up. So I go up to the counter, with my receipt for $29.. tell her I'm missing 2 meals. She said I didn't pay for them! I'm like what? Yes I did it was on the receipt . She looked at me queerly, and shook her head. Probably would have helped if one person in this popeyes in Denver colorado USA , spoke the English language. I am working on my Spanish. Everyone should be bi-lingual but I am not fluent in Spanish as I still live here. In the United States. Again, I am still in a hurry and now aggravated, so I ordered the extra chicken pieces and pay again, to the tune of $9.61, take my chicken and walk back home. It's not far, but far enough to not want to walk back yet again. I get home and start sorting everything out, for my roommate , my neighbor and myself. When my roommate says " where are my benieghs" ? Pretty much my entire reason for going to Popeyes with the exception of 2 fer tuesday. So I paid $40 for 8 pieces of chicken 2 sides and no desserts on a day it should have been $24 and that's including the tax. I gave 2 stars because I still love popeyes! Just not this one. Buyer beware, you'll get home and your pocket book will be a lot more empty than it should be for fast food .

They need to focus on cross contamination boundaries I got sick for 2 days your lucky I don't sue you guys.

The whole meal was replaced by Sandy and her team great customer service fresh food and and we live downtown so coming back made our day

The food gave a minor food poisoning !!! we went there yesterday and got a 4 peice meal and next day woke up throwing everything up all day went to the urgent care and had food poisoning

How hard is it to make a sandwich with three ingredients?? And how do you mess it up every single time?!
