Pizza Hut

I don't know what the bad reviews are about, super unfortunate,based on what I'm reading maybe there was a change in management, but my experience has been consistently fantastic and on point! My pizza always come out exactly the way I order it, and the customer service reps I always speak to always have such wonderful inviting tone. There's a reason I only order from this Pizza Hut and the one on Holly absolutely wonderful. Whoever the team members are that work at both of these pizza huts deserve a raise for real.

Had a wonderful experience at this location today, July 4 of 2024. Kaitlyn was absolutely wonderful and friendly. She and her manager took care of a slight problem I had on my previous visit. They both did a great job.

The manager at this location is just incredible. He was able to accommodate me and I truly appreciate that. I'm pregnant and when cravings hit they hit hard! Lol! The food was amazing and fresh. Great Pizza Hut location!

We usually receive great pizza, but today it was delivered by Door dash. The pizza was delivered over one and a half hours later than the estimated time, it was cold, and the order was wrong! Very disappointed! Ok

Best Pizza Hut ever it was during a cold storm and they were here fast. I appreciate you making a quality product and being very nice to me over the phone. Thank you, Pizza Hut team.

Worst pizza ever!!! the Tavern pizza is basically a cracker with no sauce, no cheese, no toppings. The worst frozen pizza you could find is better than this crap. Never going back to Pizza hut.

Totally useless. They never deliver the full order and ive called the store to be redirected to "customer service" the idiots that run this place should be fired esspecially 12pth and holly. They literally cant do their job correcrly. Managers should be replaced because they are rude and incapable of doung their job correctly. Never ordering from them again. Im a little to trusting and 12 mistakes in a row is just too much. One managaer even said " well ive never heard you complain to me before." #1 i know i have and #2 it doeant matter #3 fix the problem not offer credit that i wo t use when i wont order from you again. #4 train youre staff #5 if it happens multiple times might want to retrain your staff # 6 when a complaint is being filled dont say im wrong when you litterally fuck up every single time. This store on 120th and holly in colorado should be restaffed or shut down. They cant do the simplest task aka their job.....honestly they are completly useless.

This was a terrible experience. I arrived at the time my order was supposed to be ready and waited another hour with several others who didn't have their orders. The manager said they had a new system and made the situation worse by blaming it on the system instead of offering to make it right with customers or apologizing. The staff appeared stressed and the manager was unhelpful and unprofessional in several ways. As he brought my order out, he said it was wrong but was distracted and unorganized, unable to correct the mistake. The entire situation was frustrating for myself and all other customers, and I will never go back.

I love Pizza Hut! But the guys taking my order is not help me at all! He was so rude and racism at my accent talking!! Sorry pizza but you loose my business
