Pretty bummed, not what we ordered

First of all, the last time I ordered a pizza I asked for contactless delivery. The driver rings the doorbell anyways. Then he actually asks me for his tip (which was actually poking out the mail slot if he had taken the time to look). I said no way jose and took the 5 from the mail slot and he called me a name I can't post here. Since when do delivery drivers ask for tips? And then have the nerve to call me a name to my face???And today, I asked for an extra little sauce (c'mon Pizza Hut, you actually think the one is enough for a huge pizza melt? REALLY? Penny pinch much?). I paid online and so I didn't have the $.81 cents and she said, sorry. I said you really are going to lose my business over a small thing of sauce that should be included. The little mexican lady with gray hair said, it's Pizza Hut, not me. Actually, honey, it is you. You're the one working. You're the manager. If you are going to neglect customer service over .81 cents then maybe you should find a different job. I'll take my business somewhere else from now on. I think everyone else should, too. If these big corporations want to penny pinch in place of giving great customer service, then they don't deserve our business!!Next time, give the person the sauce, good Lord! Needless to say, it didn't taste good with the tiny sprinkle of sauce they gave me (and it wasn't even full!)Okay, I'm done lol have a nice life penny pinchers! Sad thing is I'm only one customer, so they don't give a sh*t! Gone are the days of caring.

Please do not support this business. Ordered over the phone , the guy must've been high. He kept repeating our order wrong and cursing because he had to restart the order in the system. We got there and the line was to the door. Everyone's order was messed up. He also mistreated a Latina family because they couldn't understand English. With as little Spanish as I know I helped them to understand what he was asking them. When we asked about our order he told us we never placed an order. It was definitely him who took our order online. After we mentioned that it was his voice, he told us his boss sounds similar to him and blamed it on the boss for not putting our order in. Obviously we knew this was a lie especially because he was actively doing the same thing to other customers in front of us. We just decided to leave and eat someplace else.

I've been coming to this Hut for at least 20 years and I'm so happy that they are still open. Been under new management the past couple years and she's great. You either like Pizza Hut pizza or you don't. I happen to really like it!

We stopped going to the pizza hut that was closest to our residence ( 104th and Federal )due to the fact they couldn't get our order right or in a timely manner. Even after we spoke with a regional manager, and she promised to give us some vouchers to make up for their mistakes , which never came.we s tried the one on 72nd and Pecos they got our order wrong too. But not only did they give us a 20% discount they gave us the pizza that was incorrect for free !!!We will give them another chance and by the way the pizza was good also.

WOW 50% off i even choose carry out so i know it WOULD be hot when i got home and it still sucked it was over cooked .THERE was only one PERSON making pizza's with a note on the counter. Stating the same ...im 8 mins from home and the pizza looked like it had been riding around for am hr....very sad experience..

Very disappointed in my order. It was delivery. A $75 order, I waited for almost an hour. My Pizza was cold! So obviously I was the last drop off. I would have waited an extra 15 minutes to get at least a warm dinner! The driver didn't even say hi he said it will be x amount $ I pay plus tip! I didn't get sorry I'm late, thank you, or have a good evening nothing!!I was very disappointed. If I do decide to order again it definitely won't be a Friday night!!

My last experience here was the last straw. I decided to come in since it was a "four hour delivery time", it was snowy so that sounds legit I guess. I Ordered two large pizzas and it took an hour to make. At about 40min in they told me pizzas had over lapped so they need to remake a pizza, so I waited like an idiot only to come home to a wrong pizza. Why didn't I check at the store? Because I was tired for waiting an hour more. They also threw a plastic container of bell peppers because they forgot to put it on the pizza I've given this place many chances since it's just around the corner and Sometimes you want a fast average pizza. My expectation for Pizza Hut ain't high by any means but this place truly and consistently the worst.

Worst Pizza Hut I've ever had the misfortune of ordering from. Sent my pizza thru DoorDash and 40 minutes later it's disappeared. Waste of time and money. Will never order from here again.

One star bc the manager was somewhat reasonable. They shrunk the sauce sizes so you're getting 1/3 of what you used to get with bread sticks. The girl I spoke with originally was extremely rude and hung up on me. I'm very nice and understanding and have worked in customer service (for 20 years) this was blatant disrespect and disregard. In the end, the manager waived the delivery fee for extra sauce but I still paid the sauce. Customer service is a skill. Please hire accordingly. I will not be participating in keeping this business going in the future.
