Pizza Hut

Cardboard pizza and diarrhea. Little ceasers is like 5 star compared to this Pizza Hut and I don't like little c's. If you're looking for cardboard and diarrhea this is your go to!

I had made an order at 5:00pm is currently 6:20 and I have not received my order. When placing my order it said 20-30 mins. Estimated time was 5:30. I had called the location to find out where my order was at and they had no clue, just kept saying is on its way its on the drivers route. I had called at 6:00pm. I will understand if we had a storm or something, but No is a very good day outside. Now im scared my food is cold! Has been out for delivery forever!

We tried ordering Thursday night, 4/9/2020, in Denver (Tower road location), the employees picked up and hung up for over 35 minutes before corporate finally picked up and got us someone on the line.The girl that finally answered at the store said to someone in the background as she answered, "bro I'm just trying to get the fuck out of here". I then went on to ask about ordering (the website was glitching) and she said, "naw, were closed". It was 7:20 I let her know the website said they closed at 10pm. She then told me it didn't matter because no drivers showed up. I wasn't even trying to get a delivery, my order was going to be for carry out. However, it was so clear that they had no desire to make pizza that I figured it would be better off for my family and I to let them be. I went ahead and just ordered from Pappa Johns, which I never do. So much going on in the world, I hate to complain, but Pizza Hut, let your staff that don't want to be there, stay home. Wasted a whole hour and 20 minutes of my time on that

30 min for a take out pizza, are u kidding me? I went to the store to pick my pizza up, they asked me for another 8min, technically my pizza was in the oven, then after that I went inside again and they asked me for another 8min. Did you guys gave my pizza away by mistake? Unacceptable, not coming back.

I have ordered from pizza hut multiple times and when they mess up your order they give you a credit but when you go use your credit all of sudden it's not there. Then the worker put me on hold for 19 minutes until I just hung up. You can't talk to a supervisor because the local number then goes to the customer service agent who only puts you on hold again. This why pizza hut as whole is going down in value. The only reason I order from them anymore is because there the closest pizza place to where I live. It's delivery so it's convenient. But I guess values have gone down the drain along with their service. I would never go there again...

If I can give it this negative stars, I would the pizza was like disgusting like the pepperonis taste like salt no employee should do that. What kind of sick of freaks are there the wings of honey barbecue? It looks like it just got reheated from Chuck E. Cheese. Disgusting as hell. We usually eat this all the time it's always terrible. It is like cardboard it's burned or something like that, no wonder why it has 1.5 stars because it's worth of garbage if you were willing to have burnt pizza disgusting wings or even like if you want to die get sick that's the place you should go the worst Pizza Hut restaurant ever. Little Caesars is better just terrible.

Waited 45 minutes after food was supposed to be ready and we still didn't all of our food. When my wife brought the concern to the front desk, the employee stated she was going to black list our number. Horrible customer service and quality.

Never order from here.. employees lie and tell you your order was picked up by DoorDash then when you check the app it wasn't picked up so tell them you can go pick it up and then they say they're out of pizza doe when you get there and your order is nowhere to be found.Unprofessional staff just kids that don't even care to waste your time. Place needs to be shut down.

Terrible service. They didn't even take my order. You'd think that one of those 10 people in there would take your order, but no. Definitely DO NOT recommend.

Do not order curbside pick-up because they will not bring out your order despite texting the number they tell you to. Not only did they not bring out my order but they didn't even get my topping right!
