Pizza Hut

An absolute nightmare experience this Sunday. I ordered a large pizza for deliver. After multiple conversations with a suspiciously eager delivery person, the order arrived 2 hours late. It was ice cold and not cut in the way I requested. I called the store many times and was always connected with the call center who take no responsibility for anything that happens at the store. The call center staff is, honestly, the rudest gaggle of humans zI have ever encountered. Absolutely unbelievable behavior. PizzaHut is in biggggg trouble! Avoid at all costs!

Ordered from home with online app. Only took 15 minutes to prepare. When I arrived, pizza was ready and HOT!I had never been here before, driven by it a bunch. Surprisingly clean inside.

Worst restaurant ever. I use the term restaurant loosely. The food they serve is disgusting and the inside lobby smells like a porta potty. In this case, any other restaurant, even those that don't make pizza, out-pizzas the hut.

This Pizza Hut used to be really good. My wife and I used to order a pizza from here every week in the summer. The pizza used to be very tasty, and the staff would make them really well. Then all of a sudden, the quality of the pizzas dropped.The dough used in the pizzas used to be really good, then suddenly the dough became very mushy, and not tasty.I must say that the manager at this location is very professional, she happily swapped my pizza for a fresh one, but unfortunately the dough was still the same. Maybe this is an issue with the local pizza hut plant, and not the actual branch.

Ordered some pizza and boneless wings tonight for pick up was ready when I showed up ! It's was good n Fresh also very friendly service the two gentlemen in the front counter were very friendly very good service! Everything clean and put together I been a loyal customer for years now .

Literally everytime I order pickup it takes over an hour for my pizza to be ready. When I order delivery, its at my house in 20 minutes. The service sucks and they dont care about you waiting. The red head at the front is horrible and is yelling at all the staff intead of helping. There's always an excuse as to why your pizza isn't ready on time.

Went last night and picked up a pizza. At first, I was wary given my recent experiences. But apparently this location is under new management. The pizza, service and cleanliness of the location was outstanding. I will certainly return. The experience was a breath of fresh air.

I ordered a stuffed crust pizza today after work & showed up a few minutes early & surprisingly it was done. It tasted really good also!

They used to be really good, but oh, have times changed! Terrible customer service, food mediocre, and drivers extremely unpleasant over the last 12 years except for 1 driver at my last apartment and I am a very good tipper so when I give my hard earned money to a business and then tip for it to be delivered I feel common courtesy should come into play. Also, if I order pizza and they change from their own drivers to a delivery service, then inform your customers. Why do you not know if door dash carries change why is it an issue that I don't have exact change for order if paying with cash should I have to give a 10$ tip because they don't speak english or carry change. I have a Doordash pass. Why would I tip on the website and then have to tip dasher? That is a TOTAL ripoff, and I will never order Pizza Hut again. I don't expect to see you around much longer. The pizza I had tonight gave me a spiritual experience. It was perfectly cooked and it worked my pussy out. It was delivered on time and cooked to perfection. Love you guys
