I ordered pizza for delivery. Never got a text or call or anything that it was delivered. Checked the tracking and it showed delivered. But it was not delivered to my house. I called the store and they couldn't even find my order at first. Then told me it was delivered. I explained again that it was not delivered to my house. They then tried to argue and say the driver is probably in the area even though it said delivered. I asked if they could call the driver and claimed they didn't have his phone number which makes no sense. They did not want to help me at all. I was told I was talking to the acting manager but he was visiting from another store. I was admittedly frustrated and was cussing because they were refusing to help me. They hung up on me. Then another person (Roman) got on the phone when I called back and said it was delivered. I told him it was not. He continued to argue with me and when I asked for the manager he said he was the "manager in training" so I asked for the actual store manager and he refused to give me their info. When I asked again he gave me HIS number which was obviously not what I was asking for. I asked for his district managers info and he refused and hung up on me. So we have no pizza and are just out $64 which is a lot of money. When I chatted with your online support they just said they couldn't do anything and I'd have to wait to be contacted in 1-3 days.

The lady that helped me disputed and argued with me about the time from the app to when it would be ready and she said that the pizza was just put in the oven. With that being said I don't think I've ever heard that nasty and disgusting rap music in the back cussing and slanging talking about Bi$&/@s sucking d&$/. I'm sorry that's not what I came in to this restaurant for. Absolutely rude and unprofessional in my opinion to have that playing in the background when they were kids under the age of five or six is my guess inside of the store. I for one will never order from your company ever again because your standards allow this to happen.

I am so disappointed to have witnesses how terribly my husband was just treated by John "the manager" at this Pizza Hut He answered the phone in a rude tone , sighing . Okay we all have bad days dude but don't take it out on customers. My husband then asks in what quantities they carry wings and he got annoyed and responded with a sigh and in an annoyed tone said "they come in sixes" So then my husband responded can I have 25 which of course he made the mistake of saying 25 instead of 24 and so John sighed and said "I said they come in sixes , don't you know how to count?"Honestly that pissed me off. We've been in customer service for over ten years and no matter how annoyed we are about something else we never take it out on innocent customers. Wtf is wrong with this guy. I hope you find Jesus and that whatever you're mad about is resolved. (We know he's the manager based on his response when we asked to speak to the manager for his rude behavior. If he's lying let us know )

Ah, Pizza Hut, where the "Hut" in your name is more reminiscent of the desolate shack on a forgotten road where dreams of edible pizza go to die a slow, sauce-less death. Your crust is the culinary equivalent of a cardboard box's last stand against soggy despair, and your toppings are so ancient they could be considered archaeological artifacts. The only thing worse than the taste is the look on the employees' faces when they see you've returned for a refund, as if you've just handed them the proof that their lives have crumpled like your sad, lifeless pepperoni. I'd say keep up the good work, but it's clear you're not even trying for mediocrity.

Placed an order for delivery last Friday night for large pizza, wings, and dipping sauce. An hour later Door Dash showed up with wings only. Could not understand what I was trying to tell him due to language barrier. Send him away with partial order. I then left message with store. Waited an hour and called again and left another message. Never did get a call back! Never did receive my food! However, they did charge my credit card.Poor customer service! I understand things happen especially on a hectic Friday night. But, to never get a call back from management is unforgiveable.

Where i'm from, a huge part of our culture is having eggs on most things, even pizza. I asked if they served eggs and they immediately hung up on me.

Their driver couldn't find our house, called Pizza Hut directly and they said they didn't have the order that we placed after the driver confirmed having it and no able to find the house. Already paid for it, but was told "the order doesn't exist". Down 40 dollars and no order was received. Do not recommend, and horrible customer service.

I was delivered the wrong pizzas and called was promised a credit towards next purchase and of course the credit never got arrived on my account. Typical everyone wants more money to perform less work.
