Great experience, easy to order, my pan pizza was good, service was excellent. The guy working the register tonight checked my pizzas before giving them to me, asked if I wanted plates, super friendly and helpful!

Well... last trip was really bad but wanted to give another try at carry out. Called directly instead of web order and asked to make sure they had pan crust which confirmed to be "yes". Pizza was perfectly made (no big bubbles making cheese invisible) and served in timely manner by courteous employee at the front. Ended up tipping for a great job.

Pretty bad service. When checking out online does not tell you the charge for delivery fee. Called in to explain there might be a glitch, the employee didn't seem to care about it and said it is what it is. So make sure you take a screenshot of what you are being told the total will be and what you are actually charged for. Also why pay for pepper and cheese????

This the worst location of Pizza Hut I've ever tried. Est delivery time is never correct and you can expect your pizza to take over an hour and then never being notified that your order was reversed. Forget calling the location, goes onto an automated msg and then when it's timed out, it hangs up.

This Pizza Hut was so bad, that I will not choose Pizza Hut again. The delivery pizza we ordered was old, dry and not the standard I expected. When ordered we were told it would be 55 minutes. That was ok. However it showed up in 20. No problem, except after seeing it, it led us to think that it was made by mistake, sat around until someone else(us) ordered the same combination. Asked for extra cheese, like the pictures... dry, pepperoni...like jerky, jalapeños.....shriveled. Finally looked like a medium in a large box. There is better pizza in the neighborhood and that's what it will be next time.

I live too close to this location to get stale cold pizza. When calling in customer service could have been better. Hubby hated it. Thanks for nothing bad pizza maker.

Picked up 2 hand tossed pizzas for dinner. The crust of one looked weird and it tasted weird too. Called the store hoping they would remake it and deliver as this was our first claim in over 10 years of being loyal customers. Explained the issue to first person, was put on hold and then re-explained the entire thing to another person. Was told that they would remake but would not deliver and the other option was to have credit for future order. Realizing the dinner was already ruined, I agreed to the credit and asked for a confirmation email or text. Again another hold and finally Ashley came to the phone. While I was explaining the issue, Ashley said she was the one who made both Pizzas and there is nothing wrong with them and went on bragging about how perfect she was. Her tone was very condescending as if we were making up the entire thing to get credit. Insulted and disrespected, I requested a manager and she said she was the manager. I asked for her name and the corporate number to report this bad customer service. She became very rude and yelled "I don't have the corporate number and I already said my name when I came to the phone and I am not telling you again" and hung up. I took both the Pizzas to store. The guy over there acknowledged the fact that there was a clear difference between two crusts but kept defending that this happens often with hand tossed pizzas. We have been ordering from the same store for over 10 years and this never happened before. It was clearly someone used the small pizza crust and stretched it out to make a large pizza. After several minutes wasted and going back and forth and showing my Pizza Hut account history, finally the guy refunded the order. I finally was able to get name of Ashley as well. We love this pizza and we are not going to stop ordering just because of a bad customer service by an employee. But obviously if this turns into a pattern, we do have other options. I hope this catches the eyes of someone in corporate and a good respectable handling of genuine over 10-year loyal customers is ensured.

I had an issue with an employee last March & was told by the area manager I'd have a credit, I wasn't told the credit would expire in 30 days. So long story short John the store manager went above and beyond to help me. He ended up giving me more of a credit then stated and helped me place an order for our graduation party! He was so nice and helpful we'll be going back for sure!!!
