Pizza Hut

I am beyond frustrated with this location. After placing an order and having opted in to the text notifications we still did not receive our order. We called they said it would be 45 minutes this time no messages nor updates whatsoever so we waited in our patio to insure we wouldn't miss it since no notifications this time around. When it still didn't arrive I then get told no refund and that we're a scam for not leaving a damn TIP ON THE CARD(so if you were planning on a cash tip good luck apparently that's not good enough). We will not be dealing with this location ever again and if this is how this establishment is going to be operated it's nothing but a waste of your hard earned money and not worth the damn headache they cause.

This is the manger of Pizza Hut for this location. 5/2/21 Will never order from this location ever again we call 3 times before arriving @7:52 pm and he kept hangin up on me and then when we arrived to Pizza Hut and noticed he's not with a customer and they're not busy or atleast that we can see. We called 3 more times after and still no answer, I have a full video of this and i will take it to corporate. But I want to make sure my community sees this as well

Ran in to place order to go since their website was not working. Jacob helped me at the cash register and was very rude and condescending.

Ordered through Uber Eats. Pizza was burnt and very dry. Usually order from Hampden location- Always good. This was not. Will pay better attention when I order again.

Drivers are either uneducated, illiterate, ignorant or all of the above. I suffer from insomnia. I was finally asleep and an unexpected knock on my door made my dog go crazy and woke me up. There is a sign on my door that says DO NOT KNOCK ON THIS DOOR. I didn't order any pizza. I just wanted to sleep. The numbers on my house are huge. You'd have to be a moron to miss them. Now that I'm awake, pissed and not going to sleep again for a while, I'm posting this on every review site I can find.Oh, and when this store discontinued gluten free products but failed to remove them from their website, I was left without dinner when I was playing cards with friends a while back. Let's bring that one up too while I'm pissed. Eat a bag of dicks, Pizza Hut.

I love the personal pan pizzas and I order them a lot. Today when I picked one up at the store on iliff and Chambers I noticed the gal it was making a pizzas was not wearing gloves. She was touching all the food with her bare hands. I told the guy who I assume was the manager and he said they don't have to because the food has not been cooked yet. Only if the food was already cooked would they wear gloves. I would like to know if This is factual and if so why? We don't normally get to see who makes our food in a restaurant but this was very noticeable. And kind of yucky. I also get pizza from Papa Murphy's and everybody there wears gloves all the time.

Ah, Pizza Hut, where the "Hut" in your name is more reminiscent of the desolate shack on a forgotten road where dreams of edible pizza go to die a slow, sauce-less death. Your crust is the culinary equivalent of a cardboard box's last stand against soggy despair, and your toppings are so ancient they could be considered archaeological artifacts. The only thing worse than the taste is the look on the employees' faces when they see you've returned for a refund, as if you've just handed them the proof that their lives have crumpled like your sad, lifeless pepperoni. I'd say keep up the good work, but it's clear you're not even trying for mediocrity.

Very poor customer service. I forgot to do stuffed crust on a pizza I put in online and called immediately to fix this and the manager was unwilling to change it even if I paid the difference and even though the order hadn't even started yet. Made me order another whole pizza. Will NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN. Garbage customer service. Jane is the manager that wasn't able to help in any way.

One of the worst pizza's I've had in years.Pizza like card board and cold. Prefabricated cardboard crust that was just terrible. I've had frozen pizza better than this
