Pizza & Plants

The food truck is outside of launchpad brewery this evening. Though they had one person working tonight it took a bit long to get a pizza but I will say it's worth the wait. I ordered a meat lovers and it was tasty even the crust was edible.

If you see this pizza truck you must stop in and try something! The Mushroom pizza we had was amazing and was loaded with delicious toppings. The balsamic honey drizzle really tied everything together and the garlic herb butter oil was flavorful and complemented the tender dough nicely. And goat cheese! So much lovely goat cheese. The crust was perfectly toasty and chewy - wood fired oven pizza is the best!
