Pisco Sour Restaurant & Lounge

Best dining experience I've had in a long time. The server/hostess was friendly, bubly, and the most hard-working girl I have seen, handling all 12 tables with spectacular service. Now, the food... oh, the food. We started with the Papa a la Huancaina, which was easily the best appetizer I've had. Followed by Lomo Saltado and Tallarines Verdes con Bistec. I have no words for how good these entrees are. I finished off the meal with their Tiramisu, not peruvian, I know, but let me be happy. The restaurant is beautiful, salsa music playing and the music videos on the TV. All in all I would recommend this restaurant to everyone bar none.

Last time I came to Pisco Sour they were in a different location..and yes that means it has been way! too long. I chose the beef tacos, which were to die for. So good! I also enjoyed a Pisco sour, which really you should try when you are here - it is both a lively and a tasty drink. We had some lively music for part of our dinner, and the. The futbol game was put in, which made my brother-in-law so happy. And now I need to make this one of our regular restaurants.

Server only speaks Spanish. Prices are ridiculous and a mandatory 20 percent tip.NOPE

Just moved to Colorado. Craved Peruvian food so took a shot here at Pisco. Inside is nice, looks like a fancy restaurant...but that's about it...Stay away new folks!Service was so bad. Had to constantly ask for water and she barely came. The waitress barely spoke any English and super unfriendly. MBut the biggest letdown was the food.(1) Fried Calamari: More batter than calamari. Calamari itself was super tough and hard to chew.(2) Lomo Salatado: How can you get this wrong? This is a staple Peruvian dish! Fries were microwaved and undercooked and the meat was so bad.(3) Fried rice with seafood: Didn't even come out...We had to ask them and they were making it then. Cancelled it.Then they added 20% gratuity in the bill!She didn't even apologize. Never coming back here again and I advise you to avoid this place altogether.

First time trying it out. We ordered a Pisco Sour but were told they had no Pisco....made no sense bc the restaurant was called PISCO SOUR! Their AC was out, so it was hot as heck! Their prices were pretty high plus they added a 20% gratuity on top. The food was delicious, and portions were a good size. I got the aji de gallina, and my boyfriend got the Lomo Saltado. We also ordered the anticuchos. Food taste and dishes were good overall!

Before everything else, THEY WILL PUT 20% GRATUITY TIP ON YOUR ORDER !!it was just my wife and i and this lady put 20% gratuity on our bill , i saw her put 6 people on our tab because she forgot to bill me with my wine so she had to run after us and said she forgot to put the wine. The food was ok im so mad i dont even remember what we order , the place is nice but it was terrible service i mean its automatic 20% why would they even try.

18 May 2022Update-Visited again and ordered the same thing. It was not the same at all, even though we ordered the same thing that I've ordered on two other occasions. Please help the chef, the food wasn't even seasoned and the sauce was more like water than a cream sauce. See added pic from 18 May 22. They offered to make another plate of something different-no thanks. We did get a chance to talk to the owner, who was apologetic. I would try once more and hope they do good.

Great food and great service. The Tacu Tacu was awesome and came with a great sauce. Ceviche was very good and a classic.

I was served by the same girl the two times I've been there and she was very friendly . She's tall and has long straight hair. The food is great ! I ordered the ceviche , causa and arroz con marizcos, she told us to try the tres leches dessert and everything tasted delicious. Totally recommend this place !

NO AIR CONDITIONING!!!!! It was 95 degrees outside. They had no ice! The service was bad I believe because they automatically add 20%tip to your tab, they don't care on giving good customer services. First and last time going there
