So we may be stalkers... Always keeping track of which breweries the Pile High Truck is at. If I'm craving a burger this is the burger I want! I usually go for the BALT or the Boring just because some of them are so huge I wouldn't be able to finish them. Every burger I've had here has been AMAZING! And the onion rings... perfection. I've seen some comments that they're too greasy. Who wants a dry burger? Don't like grease, maybe stick with a veggie burger. That juice is just all of the amazing flavor that can't fit in the patty. If you want a good burger track them down! They go great with a cold brew from Rails End.

These snowflakes started charging $99 b/c "inconsiderate adults are stealing from the restaurant by ordering kids meals" LMAOIt's a FOOD TRUCK... maybe don't sell kids meals to adults. Or take it off the menu. Or try raise your prices to a sustainable margin without throwing a tantrum and blaming your obviously dwindling customer base.I'm almost crying from laughing at how egregiously stupid a business decision this is. And from the other customer reviews, odds are high that this dumpster fire will finish burning out pretty soon

Best smash burger's in Colorado. Huge portions, quick and delicious. Reminds me of Tookie's (if you know, you know).

Doesn't matter how good the food is if you can't do the customer service. Spoiler, neither are very good.

The website messed up my order, and when I informed the owner, she dismissed me and offered no solution. I came back and was more firm with her that I check the order and needed a refund or burger. She finally agreed, said she could put me at the end of the 2 hour line, let me stand in the rain and then called me back up to say they weren't going to be able to make it, because they're understaffed. No less staff than they had 10 minutes ago. Then the owner texted me, please enjoy screen shots.

Stopped by Pile High Burgers for a bite to eat with our drinks at Golden City Brewery after a long morning of hiking. They have a huge menu with dozens and dozens of options: both custom burger options as well as a lengthy list of individual toppings/sauces that can go on a base burger. I ended up getting the Mexican burger, with some sweet potato fries on the side. The guy taking orders at the window of the truck was friendly and helpful in answering questions. While the burger was enormous and the perfect portion size following an exhausting hike, with a generous portion of fries to boot, I ended up being pretty underwhelmed by the taste of the burger. The burger was quite greasy and caused the bun to become moist (could possibly benefit with some toasting?), and outside of the jalapenos, the toppings were not as flavorful as I had expected. The overall price of the burger and fries came to roughly $20, which I didn't find to be as worthwhile given the overall taste of the burger. Would consider giving them another chance, but would probably try one of their non-burger options next time.

Having heard the buzz around Pile High Burgers for a while I was stoked to see them parked in front of Golden City Brewery this past Saturday. ++ They have TONS of incredibly creative burger options! Some that caught my eye included: Sweet Heat, Cajun, Hawaiian, and the 303!++ Their list of sides is impressive! I opted for sweet potato fries with my meal which seriously were the highlight! They were perfect!++ Staff was quite friendly and helpful. +/- Wait time was a bit longer than I expected, but not outrageous. -- I was underwhelmed by my burger choice (Grilled Cheese Burger). There was just so much bread! The pickles and brown mustard were just a bit too much for my taste. Plus, the cheese wasn't even melted. Bummer.-- Pricing it a little steep. Granted the ingredients are fresh and the burger unique; I have a hard time justifying a $10 burger. This experience was def "A-OK." I'd love to give Pile High Burgers another try and get one of their other burgers next time I find them in the wild!

Imagine calling your customers inconsiderate. Some people don't want large portions. Deal with it.

Management is rude. I saw a girl trying to get her order changed and they refused to help her. My burger was not worth the 15-17$

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Stay away. The rudest guy to ever work in the industry. I walked up to place an order holding my son while 9months pregnant.. the guy cuts me off and so VERY rudely goes "you can just order on your phone you have there!" and proceeds to shuts the window. Is he not capable of taking an order? Isn't the purpose of a food truck to go up and order? If this guy hates people so much that he can't take an order, why is he working in this industry?
