This is the worst Pho place in Denver. It deserves 0 if I can. There were only 2 dine in tables, we came in the same time but the other table was served within 5 minutes when I need to wait 45 minutes for a noodle bowl.Then they bring out the side veggies which are absolutely wilted, or left over from other customers.I ordered their new noodle, hu tieu, and the broth taste sour like spoiled for a long time. I left after a few tastes cause it was nasty.Please save your time and go somewhere else.

This spot is located hidden at the back of a strip mall. When I walked in, there a bit of an unpleasant smell. It a small restaurant and half the table was filled on a weekday night. I ordered the special combination pho with beef rib because it was on the cover of their menu. When the large bowl was served, there hardly any meat. The rib bone looks so sad. It seems that they downgraded the supply chain. The rib looks nothing like the photo. It's so tough that I cannot chew on the meat and had to give up on my fork because I couldn't pull it out of the touch beef rib. The soup broth is probably a step up from an instant pho bowl for $2-3. Prob need to redo the soup recipe and def cook the beef rib for more than 10 mins. This probably needs either 30 mins in a pressure cooker or 3 more hours of simmering. Disappointing.

Service is fast, price is reasonable and ambiance is comforting. Perfect for a single meal or cozy get together with your closest friends.

I visited my son in Denver and he took us to this place. The place is very nicely decorated great ambience and the owner is super friendly. We felt like family the moment we walked in!!! As far as the food. It's one of the best Vietnamese food I've ever tasted in Denver! Look at the picture and feast with your eyes, then go there and taste it for yourself. The menu has a variety of choices for everyone! Tasty Pho Soup! And don't forget to order the shrimp eggroll for appetizers Yum! When I go back to visit Denver, I will surely make this my first stop! If you're ever in the Denver/airport area you MUST stop by Pho Kitchen 88!! Its in a prime location, and the food is incredible! For starters, we got the cream cheese wontons, veggie wontons, and the spring rolls! The wontons came out super hot and CRISPY. The spring rolls are SO fresh and the peanut sauce was soooo good. For our main meal, I got the beef pho. This broth is some of the best pho broth I've ever tasted! They were super generous with the meat and noodles as well. It was seriously perfect weather too because it was a bit chilly so pho definitely hit the spot.Lastly, their BOBA menu is SUPER wide and extensive!!!! I saw flavors on there I havent seen before including what I personally ordered: the mango blueberry cream smoothie. Omg. It was sooo good. I really wanted to try more of the menu but my stomach isnt big enough!! To top it off, the owner, Roland, is the nicest man ever! He was sooo hospitable and kind throughout the entire interaction! He even gave us a few appetizers on the house because we told him we were new to the area. If you ever encounter him, just know hes super passionate about his business and his customers.I cant wait to try more menu items if I ever find myself back in Denver! i ordered bun bo hue w rib , I asked if there was pig's blood? if there was pig's feet, but the waittress went into the kitchen to talk to the chef and then turned around to play on her phone without answering. I don't understand if she knows how to serve?

Pho was so heat it had me crash out in the parking lot, Service was awesome, saw the owner getting jiggy wit it behind the counter and the servers laugh was contagious 11/10 would come back Thank god for pho
