Usually Vietnamese restaurants are known for their price and value besides deliciousness, but I did not get that from this location. In comparison to most other Vietnamese restaurants across the Front Range, this location in my humble opinion, is low on the volume for the price, and low on the meat for the price, not to mention over seasoning of their broth. When I go into an Asian restaurant, and I don't see Asian people but the employees, something's up. This was the case for me at Pho 4 Mua. I thought the noodle was super light for the price, and there were maybe 4 bites of meat slices in their small pho, I didn't get but one dime sized tendon, and that's it. The broth was really salty, as if it wasn't a bone broth they simmered hours for, but a sprinkle too much of the bouillon powder. I did not try anything else other then their beef pho but again, if pho is not super amazing, I wonder about other things.... at least the service was great.... I suppose.

Tonight, I ordered the stir fry beef and broccoli with the mini wonton soup for a pickup. As I was scooping out the wonton shells into the broth I noticed a roach in the to-go container. I called the restaurant and spoke with the young lady working the counter and she giggled as I told her about the roach in my food. I was not impressed by that. I did get a refund, but that doesn't take away the fact that I had a nasty bug in my food. The Health Department WILL be called first thing in the morning! 5:45pm 10/12/17

My experience was so so. They best thing about Pho 4 Mua was eating my bowl of Pho, which is really the only reason I walked through the doors. I had a craving, saw the Pho sign and stopped in. This restaurant is not in my neighborhood at all and I'd never heard of it before. I just happen to be in Thornton picking up my dog from Spawlash, did a quick drive down the street and here I was. I do always like to try new Vietnamese restaurants, so it was a decent stop.I ordered the S5, Large bowl of Beef Brisket Pho. When it came out, it looked like a medium bowl in comparison to other restaurants I've been to. (I never finish a large bowl, but I love it so, I always order the large.) I had to ask for my plate of sprouts and vegetables after delivering my bowl. I've never had this happen anywhere I've been for Vietnamese food, a simple mistake, maybe. My server did apologize and laughed when he dropped off the side of vegetables. I was just glad my broth did not cool down for too long.The service was just so so. I had a refill of soda during my lunch and the soup was good, better than average. I did like that the brisket was thickly cut. The broth was good as well, nothing too special.I dropped off my business card with one of the servers and he just tossed it over by the cash register. Not sure I will ever get a chance to work with Pho 4 Mua or not.

Maybe others have better luck but my first and last time here. Started with Spring Roll it was good other than the peanut sauce, watery and sweet. Then I had the Medium Pho Ga (Chicken) and the broth was sweet as well. I don't like to add Hoisin or Sriracha sauce in my pho broth cause I liked it plain beside the garnish. And the broth was really sweet. Before I left, ordered a Taro smoothie no boba told one of the staff possible is the owner but he made it with boba anyway and is bland. He was super rude and talk to me like he belittle me. Yes the staff is not very attentive like other had mentioned but that owner is only attentive to the customer he likes.
