Perico's Tacos

My mom discovered this amazingly delicious food truck and brought home some street tacos for me today. I was worried that by the time she made the 15 min drive home that the tacos would be soggy but they were not! These are proper, classic street tacos. By that I mean: two tortilla per taco, the little small size of classic street taco tortilla, lots of meat, chopped onion, cilantro, lime on the side, and hot sauces on the side. I tried one carne asada, one al pastor, and one barbacoa and they all were soooo good! I think my most favorite was the al pastor, followed by the asada and then the barbacoa. The meats are all nice and juicy and packed with so much flavor. They give a green and red hot sauce on the side. I tried all three with the green and it was delicious! The sauce definitely tastes homemade! If you are looking for a food truck with amazing authentic street tacos, this is definitely the place to try!

There were a lot of people waiting for their food when we arrive, already a good sign. We had three tacos, one pastor, one carnitas, and one asada, they were all delicious but the pastor was definitely the winner. But the overall winner was actually surprisingly the quesadilla with carnitas, for whatever reason it was one of the best quesadillas I've ever had. The salsas that they provide we're also both very delicious, especially the red one. We will definitely be back on the next sunny and warm day in Denver!

I will definitely call this business for future events! Perico and his crew was very accommodating when we had to make a last minute date change for a school event. The quality of the food was excellent, and the food was so good that I wish I had ordered more of it! By the way, I personally had the tacos and Fries Asada which I highly recommend!

Ordered a Veggie Burrito last night $13 for onions and lettuce. If you're out of food tell me don't sell me a $13 burrito full of onions. SMH never again.

Haven't eaten here, nor will I. The owning family has absolutely zero respect for their neighbors and community, music ridiculously loud until 3am on a Tuesday. Thats the kind of disrespect I will never support in any way.

Visiting from Washington. Tried 6 different places since I've been out here by far the best taco truck! Best green sauces I've ever tasted
